I won't recommend this company to future customers based on my experience with the rep. Shawn.

My name is Marlene. I had a bad experience on Nov. 25, 2019 with the distributer, Shawn, who pretended as if he was working for Donna Vinci Church Suits.com. On Nov. 25, 2019, I made a purchase online with Shawn. - I bought a Church suit for $219. After getting my card info, he said the order went through. On Nov. 26, 2019, I received a call from 1(51*) 567-**** and it was Shawn, who told me that the suit that I've ordered didn't pass inspection, therefore I should choose another one, which I did. He texted me 3 times after that saying he didn't have those in stock. Each time I gave him a new item #. The fourth time I texted him and waiting on him for an hour to respond, then I texted and asked if that's how he does business? His reply is he's dealing with tons of customers and that's why there was a delay on his reply. He said he has it and he's going to mail it out. On Nov. 29, 2019, I received the package, and when I opened it, it wasn't anything near what I ordered, and it was from BrewMarc International instead. I texted him to let him know I wasn't satisfied with the order and I want my money back, and he texted back: "Office is closed, call back Monday, Happy Thanksgiving." By this I got really upset and called him, \He answered saying he's at the movie theater with his family, he can't talk now, and that he told me Monday and why I'm yelling, he couldn't understand me... I reply: "You get my money now and I didn't get what I payed for, now you can't understand? I'm going to have to let you talk to my Lawyer." He called back saying it's an honest mistake from the warehouse. If I want him to correct, I told him to give my money back or talk to my Lawyer. - Marlene.
