I feel this company was very unfair to me

I took my truck in and explained it had a Check Engine light, but that I thought it was a computer problem, not a mechanical one because the truck ran perfectly and only had 57,000 miles on it. The owner installed a new turbo, because that is what the light was for and did not check the computer, as I had asked.

It was very expensive. He padded the bill and claimed I needed a new drag link assembly when it just needed to be tightened. A short time later, the Check Engine light came again and I took it somewhere else. This mechanic updated 3 computer modules and said he thought that had been the problem all along.

I explained the situation to Done Right and requested a partial refund, as he did expensive work I did not need.

He flatly refused. He is arrogant and dismissive and does not have the customers best interests in mind.

They changed a very expensive part for no reason.

Done Right Auto and RV Repair is not a good place to have repairs done. They did not give us a written estimate, just a verbal one.

When we got the bill (written as an estimate) it was significantly more than the verbal one.

(They also padded the bill with extra parts, which we called them out on and they refunded, but if we had not complained, they would have gotten away with it.) On top of that, the owner did not listen to a word we said about how the vehicle was acting or what we wanted him to do, he just changed parts to get rid of the check engine light, and he did not address the underlying problem, which required another repair bill. Do your research before going to this shop, they are only concerned with making money, not customer satisfaction.
