- - Paid $200 for a consultation with a rude clinician and no treatment plan.
- - Name is given only after payment; the next appointment is a month away.
Paid $200 for a consultation only for a rude "clinician" with an unintelligible accept to read from a script and give me no treatment plan, or provide any services. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU TO REACH OUT WITH QUESTIONS THAT NEVER GET ANSWERED!
There is no one to speak to aside from a third party call center in the Phillipines. I wish I didn't trust the ads. .they do NOT coordinate any care-no mail order prescriptions, *** no prescriptions at all! Despite having documented history of prior care, they refused those documents and did not provide any instructions or insight.
they do not help you file a claim, they don't tell you the proper order to do anything.
I got bombarded with separate emails ..Oh and you won't get the name of the provider until AFTER you pay for the appointment. And no, you won't get a same say appointment with an actual provider...the next available appointment to get evaluated by a real doctor isn't for another month...meanwhile they still want me to pay the $80 monthly fee for nothing except a gazillion emails...DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

- - Done advertises ADHD treatment with 15-minute prescriptions and charged $200.
- - 11 days later no response, only apologies; reviewer calls it a scam.
Done advertises and promotes that they will provide medical treatment and support for those suffering from adhd and provide treatment/prescription within 15min of evaluation. They charged me $200 met with a telehealth provider that said i would have my prescription within 15min after my 930am appointment or by end of day.
I spent the first 3 days afterwards trying to get any response searching out every possible means of contact and have sent over 20 emails 20+ phone calls it has been 11 days and i still have received nothing more than an apology and empty promises of resolve.
They are a scam and everyone needs to know if you have been effected by done do not stop with complaints to them go to attorney general and help rid done from taking money from others desperately in need of medical help. Google 10 effective ways to file complaints and make this company know they cannot scam us any longer!
