The billed for twice as much provider didnt show up and now one to call
- - -Quoted price not honored after payment; host joined, waited, disconnected.
- - -Missed appointment text; phone number failed; no cancel option; fraud.
Joined, paid with credit card but they didnt honor the price quoted. THen day of the appointment the "host" joined the meeting but sat in the waiting room then disconnected.
Phone number provided did not work, then got a text that I missed the appointment!!! Offered me $100 off to reschedule.
Emailed 3 times no response and NO WAY to CANCEL! So I am reporting as fraud.

They never showed up for the meeting on Zoom and they charged me for the meeting. The customer service phone number doesnt work. The app doesnt allow you to connect with the person you are scheduled to meet with.

I'm trying to use their services and I need copy of medical record w diagnosis to send to SSDI application.
I've asked for it and they sent me emails telling me I have unread messages in my message portal. but I can't find them so either I don't have the messages or there's a message portal I can't find.
just going back and forth with email saying the same thing so I need to physically and verbally have fun conversation with a person to resolve this. thank you for your help.

I have this condition for many years. Because I travel quite bit I looked out a company that specifically works with my condition.
The doctor tells me he can't prescribe the medicine I normally take for it.
They have no customer support person to call. Stay away from this company!

This is a company that preys on people with mental illness. Please search for other options when it comes to finding healthcare and medication for yourself.

Unsatisfied with my clinician
- - Feb 13, 2023: atomoxetine caused side effects and couldn't be taken.
- - Adderall XR sent due to IR shortage; no price/ETA info; still unresolved.
I subscribed on February 13, 2023. I received atomoxetine initially, but experienced side effects and was unable to take prescription.
My clinician sent in Adderall XR, because of shortage of IR to a local pharmacy that will not fill. I explained I had found 2 other places to fill, but only had IR, and requested she change the medication. After basically arguing with her for telling me she sent my meds to your pharmacy, without consent and any info regarding price, ETA, etc...nothing was resolved.
I messaged her on 4/26/23, I received a text at 9 pm on 4/29/23...still no resolve, since. What, exactly am I paying for???!!!
