Hello,
I ordered from your broad street location in Blacklick. The pizza came with a shard of glass or hard clear plastic.
My boyfriend bit into it and luckily didnt swallow it. The store said there is nothing like that where pizzas are made. It bothered me that I was questioned when our order was ruined. We ordered two pizzas and he offered to credit one.
I told him I was afraid to eat the other pizza after finding glass in one. Order was placed online at 928pm. I dont have an order number. I do appreciate the one being credited but dont feel that fully made it right.
We have had other issues with this store forgetting to deliver our order or pizzas being delivered extremely late or incorrect. Honestly , we have ordered less and less due to quality and service issues.I appreciate your prompt attention to this.

I don't have a problem. Brice Road Columbus has an illiterate problem, with zero quality check.
Time and time again, pizza after pizza is thrown in the bin because it's 100% wrong. At this point, it has become a standing joke in our house. Brice Road is terrible; whoever works there is useless. They don't care, don't pay attention, and just rob your money for food you can't eat.
With the prices of food high, I won't spend another penny.
I've given you chance after chance..but you just don't understand. You just don't care about accuracy or double checking..you're useless.

Hi. I am a double amputee and cannot drive.
I usually order Donatos via DoorDash, Uber Eats, or GrubHub. I always ask for light sauce, but it hardly ever happens. So tonight, I had a friend over who offered to pick it up.
I checked the boxes for light sauce on all three of my pizzas and, yet to my surprise, there seems to be extra sauce. Why do they not like to put light sauce on pizzas?

Paid for a 2 topping pizza from North Main St. in Dayton, OH, pepperoni and Hot Honey.
The Hot Honey was missing and the pizza sauce did not taste very good.
This was a mobile order. It was also supposed to have light cheese and had a regular amount of cheese instead.

Terrible service
I have not heard back from my complaint that cs said they relayed to them.
830 was pick up time had to go back to windows cause no one told me my pizza wad ready thus was 20 minutes later.
The help was outside lolly gaging. So that's when I decoded to go back to windows
Unacceptable delivery
The pizza got here and it was upside down. I called the restaurant and they told me to call DoorDash.
I did but, after all that, I warmed up the cold pizza and it wasn't even done! I called back and the managers were not helpful at all.
I've ordered from this location at least once a week and won't be back to this particular store ever again! And, why is this store using DoorDash anyway?

The manager took away the food I ordered, already paid for, and drove to pick up for absolutely no good reason. Even after my elderly mother went around to the drive through window to apologize.

I never received my order days ago and spoke with a manager and havent got my refund been on this phone for hours and days and not getting no where but pissed
Complaint
Ordered a barbaque pizza with half onions, the pizza was made but only one side had chicken the other side had just onions. So I took the pizza back in an asked if he could remake the pizza, so he took the pizza to the back an what I believe he just wormed some chicken up an threw it on the side that was missing.
The pizza was cold hard etc. it made it to where I dont know if i would feed it to my animals.
I really would just to have either a refund or gift card for the two pizzas bought. Thank you
