Poor service..lied about repairs, damaged air conditioner

took my Avalon in to get ac repaired. charged me !700 to fix, but needed an additional part...and I was to call in a week to get it. Was on my way to the beach 600 miles away in July... ac did not work. Took into a dealer at my destination....steel shavings were throughout system...compressor was ruined..had to spend 1800 more. called Don Moore when I returned...they would not answer calls. Contacted Toyota HEADQUARTERS. They told Moore to call me...never did, but lied about it. TOYOTA Company finally gave me a partial refund
