To give my feedback on my experience with Don Davis and the Cell person Karina on yesterday, May 22, 2023

I had some trouble with that car I had purchased from Don Davis seems that I could not get anywhere with getting to the bottom. What was going on with my car so angry that I called and spoke with the new sales manager, Mr. George Homes he then assigned to Karina is fairly new sales person who did a absolutely wonderful job. She was so patient took her time to make sure that I got the best deal possible. She was so patient to search and search until we found something I like. I have a few uncertainties about the transaction, but Katrina got a hold of Mr. Malas to see what they could do to make me satisfied as a car buyer. Im just saying this to say Katrina I really appreciate that you did not give up nor any of the staff even to the financing person who was awesome as well, but I can say Katrina thank you you are the best ever the experience I had before I thought I would never go back to these guys but they prove me to be wrong. Just like the first time I bought a car from Don Davis and I said I would always go to these guys. It was just a all hands on deck experience to help me get it done. Thank you. Just make sure if you want to car are you thinking about one call Katrina she may have the answers you need along with a supportive staff to help you.

Wort repair experience ever

We took the car in on 6/11 for a transmission fix. We did not get the car back until 7/6 (partly the warranty groups fault). 2 days later, we went to the doctor. On the drive the car started acting up again. We took it back and they said it is a sensor problem that is unrelated. This was not a problem before we took it to don davis. They said it was unrelated. After having my vehicle in their possession for 4 weeks, it has now developed a problem that they say they are not responsible for. How can an issue, related to vehicle movement, after a transmission repair be unrelated? They want me to pay for a problem that developed while in the care of the shop, when it was being worked on. Also, during the 4+ weeks they had the vehicle, not once did they call me to update unless I called and said I was reporting them or coming up there to get answers in person. only then would they call back. Nobody even called to tell me the vehicle repair was complete. I would Like someone to make an inquiry to see how repairs are handled at this location.

Don't honor their warranties

I purchased a new Ford Edge with an extended wrap warranty until 85,000 miles. At less than 70,000 which had fuel valve damage which they refused to cover . $1,300 bill. I will never buy another Ford or use this dealership again. Apparently I have to write at least 100 words or this site will not take my review. Therefore I am just writing garbage to fill the quota. This is pretty ridiculous that you must write 4 times what you need to write just to fill up the page. I'm still 115 words short so I need to write a couple of more lines to meet the required 100.

Extreamly slow, over-priced service shop.

*** place for service. Came in for oil change and tire rotation, and to turn off a dealer setting on my 3 month old truck. Made an appointment, came in and had a 15 minute *** to wait before I could check in. They had to reenter all my information that I made the appointment with again. Service advisor and tech was not familiar with the settings and turning on/off process of their controlers. Said since its not broken (fake engine noise setting is too loins when hauling) that I would have to pay $125 (1 hour) to turn it off. It was an electronic on/switch that I had to explain and show how to adjust. The oil change took 3 hours to complete. I waited thinking it would be a short and simple process. Several others in the waiting room also here for oils changes took just as long. This is a basic, unimpressive, over-charging, dealership service provider. Below average meeting customer expectations. This was my first visit, will not return, do not recommend.

Don Davis Ford - Customer Care Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
In September 2016 my son purchased a new truck from Don Davis Ford on highway 360. The manager agreed to waive the first payments on the truck. It was agreed on the contract. Don Davis Ford fail to sent the first payment in time. Now my son has a 30 day late on his credit. We called the financing department at Ford Credit. No luck! We went to Don Davis on highway 360. Worst experience ever. These people refuse to correct anything because according to them there wasn't anything they could do. They have treated us like ***, worst customer service ever. The managers are ***. I suggest anyone trying to buy anything there not to. They tell you one thing in order to buy a car, but do something different. once you have a question or a concern, the managers play ***. So sad being that Don Davis is a huge company they go and hire jerks to run the place. Shame on them!!!!

Poor customer service

I waited for an hour for a "fast lane" oil change. I went outside and found my truck parked in back. They had not even started on it yet. When I complained about the time it was taking they checked and said it would be another 45 minutes. I requested that they return my truck so that I could take it elsewhere and had to deal with repeated attempts to change my mind from the service adviser and the service manager. If they knew how long it would take they should have told me that at the beginning. I do not intend to purchase another vehicle there or to have either of my Ford products serviced there.

General Manager kicked me off the property

I want everyone to know that you should NOT go to Don Davis Ford/LM for anything ever! I decided that I would swing by for a few minutes and make my way around the dealership (parts, service, and sales) saying hi and how is business to some friends I used to work with. Next thing I know the scrawny little piece of *** GM is coming over there on his way home telling me if I am not buying something or getting service that I need to leave the property. Just so you know, I bought a new car there and had all of my maintenance done there. NEVER AGAIN!!! I thought to myself, people come to car dealerships all the time and dont buy stuff or get service. Keep in mind that this was at around 8:00pm so there was pretty much NO business. I tell you what, if I wasnt a former employee, he wouldnt have said anything to me at all. He is lucky I am such a nice and calm person to. If that would have been someone else they might not have been so forgiving. Anyone who reads this, please dont do or recommend doing business with the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealership. Mark Plummer is a low life piece of trash that thinks he is better than everyone else. This is too bad because Don Davis himself is one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

So, your complaint is that they don't let former employees hang out and shoot the breeze with on-duty employees?

Really?

You must have got fired or quit in bad terms in order for the to have kicked you out. and agree with the other person.

why would you try to go to a business and chat? they are working? they are there to help customers not to chat with old friends during business hours. i have always bought from don davis.

all my family has and i will continue to purchase from them. :)

Not affiliated with DD or anyone there, but I'd thought I'd chime in.

A business is just that, a business. They are there to make money, not provide an after-hours hangout for former employees.

You are an ***.
