Manager Hung up on me
I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour at the Quality Check which means the pizza is done. I called to find out where my pizza was and what the delay was.
I was told it was Halloween and it takes what it takes and she hung up. Zero customer service.
Didn't care to apologize or anything just hung up. Ridiculous.

My pizza got marked delivered over 12 mins ago
My pizza was marked delivered over 20 mins ago and i haven't received anything. When I went ahead and called the store they told me that the system automatically marks them delivered on its own and the employee was about to go and deliver it just now.
I know that's BS because the tracking system is not reliable then. I think the employee just told me that to not get me mad which hearing the *** excuse I think got me even more frustrated.
Its currently 9:38 and I have yet to receive my pizza And I called the store at 9:21. The store from my house is like a 7 min drive

Never received my order promise me store credit
I never received my order. They promised me store credit the next day, but I never received anything.
That's wrong.
At least give me credit and a pizza. I'm a great customer.

Complaint about manager
I called just to let them know I didn't get black olives in my pizza and the mgr told me I was stupid because it's not on his store side but I have three email where it clearly says black olives

I ordered a pizza at 10:30 to be delivered and I had to call at 1am
Are you joking? And then, the manager said there was nothing they could do for me and their delivery drivers cars broke down.
Thanks Jacob. Never again. This food is trash anyway and was a $50 order, but still. And his friends ordered it for a sleepover and theyre 11.
No order, nothing. Yeah, I didnt have to pay for anything, because I didnt get anything. But 3 hours and nothing was still on the way? Never again.
This is why they sell hot and ready. Never, ever, ever again

I placed a prepaid order which was cancelled by the restaurant. But I didn't receive the refund till now.
It's been a month.I am not even able to raise the issue now. Everytime I did in the past,the lady just called and said there's some technical issue. And then immediately I received the message of issue resolved.
Domino's offers pathetic customer service for sure. The employees don't even try helping the customers and just try to mark the issue resolved without doing anything.

I ordered a pizza from the Domino's branch in Sector 12, Faridabad, but received it from the Sector 21 branch instead. I specifically requested the Sector 12 branch because the Sector 21 branch has a history of poor quality.
I informed customer service that the pizza, garlic bread, and tacos were of such poor quality that they seemed like they came from a local street vendor rather than Domino's. Customer service acknowledged this and offered a full refund in the form of Domino's wallet points, which were supposed to be credited within 24 hours.
However, it has been over a week, and despite multiple calls to the branch manager, the issue remains unresolved and I have not received my refund. This is highly unprofessional behavior.
