Phone call are nasty

When calling for business the caller was very rude and nasty with words. Said they are working from home.

I think it's good but that not why I called them. One ask me to wire money thru Walmart for payment. Why would I do that, what in her name. We are calling for business and those call was really crazy refused to give the line for the survey.

Please people's we are in a crisis at the moment, please try to be kind to us. We do help make your pay check.

OK weenie. Pay your bill online.

You were calling just to pay your bill weren't you or were you up to someone nonsense. Better yet, mail in your check and stay out of people's hair.

I applied for a payment plan online. As i was making the plan arrangements, I was looking for the initial payment date.

I never saw the date appear. I kept going back to look for the date and nothing ever came up. I decided to go ahead and accept the offer thinking it would give me another option whether i would accept the date or not. It didn't.

When I called your customer service the guy told me that I'm not the first customer to complain about that. He said he would report the issue. I decided to report it myself. I knew the date that was selected to pay by wasn't a good date.

I just needed three more days. But that couldn't be accommodated for me. I think that this is bad for your company.

It doesn't keep your customers happy.

Eight years of aggravation, and enormous expense.

2005-**** Nursed along a failing system(zoned) Freon leaks, overflowing pan, numerous calls-Hundreds of dollars. Two Carrier heat pumps burnt up.

In 2007 recommended a new Heat pump and redo of entire system $8,000.00. Since that time there have been many failings both summer and winter. Still freon leaks, damper failures,sensor adjustments,parts failures and technicians who were oblivious to zoned systems or the boiler back up that Dominion designed this way. Involved the owner, Chase Tunnel,who agreed to address continuing freeon leaks @ my expense.

I refused. Called another Company who replaced Coil, repaired freeon leak(another $2,500.00) I am now advised by new company that a zoned system should never have been installed, the duct work is far too small and the new heat pump will fail as well. Over an eight year period I have wasted close to $20,000. and hundreds of hours with NO Heat/NO air conditioning.

I have refused to pay my final bill(misdiagnosed as damper issue when the boiler transformer was the problem) The owner, Chase Tunnel has informed me that his Lawyer will collect my final bill and I am left knowing that I will AGAIN, have to pay to replace the entire system. God help the consumers of travesty such as this.
