I put in an order for meathook ape hanger handlebar, 1 1/4 inch diameter chrome 10 inch (classic chrome). It took me a month to get them. They are 12 inch not 10
Ive been trying to get a hold of the company but cant. I sent a email but didnt hear back. I would just like to talk to someone.

I've reached out in everyday possible and can not get any response from these people.
Purchased a backrest that took forever to ship. I tried to cancel the order six different times, leaving messages every way possible.
It finally shipped, so I thought, okay fine. I received it and installed it on my bike. Fifty miles later, it's falling apart. I've reached out several times again and still can't get any help.
Nothing, not even a response!
As of now, I have a 600-dollar boat anchor. I will not be purchasing anything ever again from these people...

I bought a handlebar from them three weeks ago and paid for two-day shipping. I received the confirmation number and tracking number from UPS, but as of today, I still haven't received the product.
They don't answer my emails. I don't know what to do anymore.

I made an order on 7/2/24 and I havent gotten any info from UPS with a delivery date. It says a tracking number was made but UPS has not taken control of the package.
I emailed Dominator 3 times and they refuse to respond.
This is very unprofessional. I would never order or recommend this company for any parts.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
This is what we ordered: PRE-WIRED MEATHOOK APES FOR 2015-**** ROAD GLIDE (Gloss Black) × 1 14' (Gloss Black) / PreWired. We paid an extra $55.00 for expedited shipping, which we did not receive. We show that we also returned these bars in the same package unopened and it was received in Huntington Beach, CA, on 5/16/2024. Our only means of communication with your company is through email, and I have not heard one word from anyone.
I am going to ask: how much longer before we are refunded the money that we spent on bars with your company that were returned to you in an unopened, untampered package?
The total amount paid was $455.46, and we are asking for a FULL REFUND. Can you please respond and let us know when we can expect to see the $455.46 back in our account?

Order #34450. I placed this order back on April 7, 2024, and I received a confirmation that same day.
On April 9, 2024, I received an in-process email with a tracking number. Over a month later, I still have not received my bars. I have used the website email to ask where my stuff is four times. I have attempted to use your live chat, but it always says you'll be back at some strange hour.
I would like to talk to someone about my bars or a refund. Garrett Polehonka.
