I paid $538.00 for my son's glasses. She wouldn't submit

the claim to BC/BS of NEPA.

She knew she would never get

that amount in reimbursement from the insurance company.

My take on the matter is that if you think that if she kicks us in the teeth we will then beg for another kick, then think again. Went to eye doctor, staff was not very knowledgeable, The eye doctor was also not very knowledgeable, as far as basic common sense issues that were applicable to my situation and needs. Was left in the area, which was very cramped and very claustrophobic where the frames were.

I felt, as I didn’t get the service that I deserved as a new patient and a customer in general.
