D &;;;;;;; G yet another company who try to hide their contact numbers and do all in their power to avoid talking. I am sick to death of hearing that 'we are experiencing extremely high call volumes for nearly every company I try to call. God help old or disabled people unable to use the internet.

Price reduction

Poor service

I have had my double oven replacement for just over 1 year and it has broken down already. I told them what was wrong but engineer came without the part. It was rearranged and this time my fault got wrong date. Tried to call and rebook online and I was on hold 3 times for more than 30mins. My tumble dryer I have had since April 21 has broken down and hasnt really been used much to be fair. My fridge freezer seal went and they cant replace. All in all I pay over £500 per year for my appliance covers. I would say that the replacements given were not as good quality as the previous goodsoriginalsgoods I purchased.

User's recommendation: Better quality replacements and quicker response times as the average wait between logging issue and repair can be between 2 to 4 weeks. We all work full time and not always suitable to be done during the week.

Wadhing machine brokendown

Its working but still not working.Means it starts but den all the vlothes a wet & watery.even the washing tablet comes out at it is.

Being overcharged for a long time

I got cover for my fridge and washing machine at £11.50 a month in October 2016. I was told that the cooker and the hood were included for free "as a courtesy". Without my knowledge or consent, in March 2020 they put the price up to £28.23. Spoke to them repeatedly and no-one told me I was paying for the other 2, just that the price was correct. Why would I pay to ensure I have NEVER used (hood) and one which is 30 years old, knowing I would have to replace it soon. Spoke to Stephanie Oct 2020, she said "there are four appliances", I said "no, the other two don't count because you included them for free". She said NOTHING. The price then went up to £31.30 in November 2020. Spoke to Caroline 8.3.21, explained situation, told me again and again it was up to me to let them know that something was wrong (which I did). It was only recently (because of mental health issues) when I started comparing prices that I realised I was charged an extortionate amount FOR A YEAR). So they changed my plan WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT, and to rop it all, Caroline, quite rude as well, just kept repeating I was the one supposed to inform them, when they are the ones that made a huge change without prior notification. She didn't even offer to pass the matter on to management, and kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk. Well, I will take the issue to their head office AND Trading Standards, and let them decide what they think about a company that breaks their own rules and rips off a person registered disabled and with mental health problems.
