Delivery of an item
I ordered an item, last Sunday didnt receive an acknowledgment or order number but the payment has gone to you through Apple Pay

My problem was that when I bought online, after selecting the item, the payment process opened I could not change the shipping address. The dolphin fitness was helpful and solved my problem.
Maybe it would be easier if the purchase happened in three steps.
1. Product selection, confirm
2. Customer and, shipping address details, confirm.

Payment process, confirm

Before I do that, I have spent hours trying to contact but just kept getting nowhere on your site. You have already erred according to your terms and conditions page. I will keep sending until I get a response.
I ordered 6x 400g tins of Mr Organic tomato and basil soup, not Biona 680g tomato Basil soup. I also ordered 6x400g Mr Organic tomato and lentil soup but only one tin was sent.
I do not have a smartphone, and nothing was damaged. Items weren't ordered and are missing. I am 81 years old, terminally ill, on oxygen 24/7. I can't talk now and can only swallow liquids. I am 20 kg underweight and not likely to make it to Christmas.
P.S. My domestic helper was here when I placed the order. She helped me choose soup products. Don't leave it too long. By the way, had you told me you had to change due to lack of stock, I would have happily chosen another brand. So, it's all down to you, not me.
Since you give time limits for returns, is it okay to run out of time because you failed to respond on time?

Verified Reviewer |Damaged delivery
I explained that my order had been damaged during delivery but that I couldn't send any relevant photos as I'd already discarded the packaging and broken items. They were very helpful and sent replacement items by next-day delivery.
However, three of the jars had been broken in transit which I didn't notice until a few days ago, when I unpacked part of the batch that I hadn't yet opened. Unfortunately, I had to throw the jars away, together with the honey inside them, which contained small fragments of glass.
I'd be grateful if you could refund me the cost of those three jars, or (if it's easier) give me a discount on my next Littleover order.
The honey is delicious, and this is the first time I've had any problems with my order. I hope you'll be able to compensate me for this unfortunate incident.

I order 50 calibre pre workout before x ma's and I had a email saying that my delivery will reach me on 10 Jan 2023 I though great and then on the 28th or 30tth December 2022 I hand a email saying that were r out of stuck so if u want anything else so I cancelled the order and just wanted to nw if u have refunded my money that all I want to nw thxs

They got back to me, delivered on the right day in the end and refunded my delivery costs.
Paid £2.95 delivery for delivery on a certain day. They delivered a day early (when I wasn't in).
They told me I could pick up from a local delivery centre which I couldn't do as it's a 7.5kg of washing powder.
In the end they did deliver on the right day and refunded my £2.95. It would have been helpful for them to have a proper customer services number/email as it was impossible to get hold of anyone.
Delayed delivery Damaged parcel
Didnt arrive on time Delivery company responsible also when it did arrive package was open and some of order missing DolphinFitness posting this to me. All problems due to delivery company and have been sorted by Dolphin Fitness would not hesitate to order from them again as problem was totally due to delivery company.

i have received my order but it is incorrect
I placed an order for the UDO'S CHOICE OIL BLEND ORGANIC 500ML HOWEVER WHEN I GOT MY DELIVERY TODAY I FOUND THAT I HAVE THE CAPSULES ASWELL. IT SEEMS THAT THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR.
PLEASE CAN WE SORT THIS.
