I loved this trip to Dollywood.What a wonderful experience for me and my daughter.
A fun and memorable trip.The cinnamon bread was the best I have ever had.I loved the music and the layout of the theme park.The rides are all amazing.The lines moved fast .

Over charge at the theme park for a purchase.
Have a real person to talk to for your situation when an issue arises. Not so many prompt numbers. The store issues should have a separate number.

No one will speak with me on a simple issue of being over charge on a souvenir at theme park.
No one will pick up and help with a simple issue.
Being over charge on a souvenir purchase thats all pick up the phone.
