Warning

Thank goodness I read the reviews before my daughter did any committing. This sounds like a terrible place to purchase a kitten Buyer beware and we are aware now!

I bought a kitten from them and less than 7 months my kitten passed away due to genetic defects. They have not returned any of my phone calls.

I agree not to mention Trisha Johnson is a complete *** She loves to jerk your kitten away from for the smallest reason, avoid her at all cost.

I've read so many reviews actually complaints, and Doll Face Persian Kittens should not even be in business! They are an obvious "kitty mill!" They should have given you your or offered a replacement kitten and offered a Health Guarantee, and Health Certificate.

It appears by the sheer volume of kittens that they have, they cannot take proper care of so many kittens. You can't get a quality kitten from a caged cattery.

Doll Face Persian Kittens Misrepresents

I purchased a kitten in the summer of 2015, a male white shaded silver. First of all, the breeders had poor communication with me and although prepared the kitten for delivery via air, they did not follow the specific instructions and add my daughter's name to the documentation even though I emailed several times and called (but they do not answer or return phone calls). Needless to say, my daughter arrived at the airport to pick up the kitten and they would not release the kitten immediately. It took at least 2 hours to work through the specifics without any aid from the seller because they don't answer their phone. On top of that, I bought a male and they sent a female. I contacted "Trish" via email, of which she did reply, and she said I was wrong and the cat was a male because they "tag" them. Needless to say, the cat is a female and has since been spayed. The woman, "Trish" did not apologize, offer a refund, or conduct herself in a professional manner and blamed me for not knowing the difference between a male and a female cat (although my vet spayed this female cat). The paperwork that came with the cat stated a male, however, it must be a hoax because I have a female cat. This breeder is unprofessional and is a cat mill.

Show me their business license being renewed for thirty years. In narrative, any statement can be made such as being in business for thirty years.

This business is terrible. I bought my kitten here and he was the sweetest baby.

And he got FiP disease and passed away within 7 months. We tried calling them so many times they never returned any calls. It has been 2 years since my cat passed and it is still painful. It is so cruel.

Just look at all these bad reviews they have. Its not just the money. It’s the love u put in and memories they taken from every one of us.

And these poor little creatures are innocent. They just make money and let them die in someone else hand and have to live with that pain.

Jedwards202, you are obviously the breeder. Jedwards202 also responded to another customer complaint on this website in an EXTREMELY HOSTILE manner.

You also responded to a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website from a customer who received a sick cat with kidney disease from you. You stated you didnt start testing your cats for kidney disease until 2015???? You have been in business 30 YEARS and did not start testing your cats for PKD until 2015? WHAT??

Jedwards202, when posing as a customer, also states that the breeder sent her pictures of her kitten every week. Uuuummmmm......the website states they DO NOT send pictures via text messages or via emails. BUT....if you want to pay an extra $500.00, they WILL get more pictures for you!! OMG!!

And a "video clip" of the kitten you want, will be a measley $400.00!! WTF??? And I find it hard to believe that on the Dollface website where it states submit a review, that ONLY positive reviews are on there. So obviously the bad reviews are weeded out by Dollface and have to appear on a completely different website, such as this or the Better Business Bureau.

Shame on you. These people are HEARTBROKEN by the loss or their soon to be loss of their cats. And for you to respond in a HOSTILE manner or state such disgusting things as "they have been in business 30 years. I find their complaint hard to believe"....SHAME SHAME SHAME.

How dare you be BULLIES to these people who are heartbroken and simply wanted the love of a cat. I'm also shocked you have something on your website stating "Gods footprints", when clearly you are NOT christian people.

I found Doll Faced Persian Kittens on line and was impressed by their attractive web site. Unfortunately, I found them to be all smoke and mirrors. I agreed to purchase an expensive kitten with little research about this breeder. My first kitten from Trisha Johnson died at just 9 months of age of FIP. Originally, they did not want to stand behind their warranty and actually wanted to uncharge me for a replacement cat. After significant dispute, they sent me a new kitten and that one died at under 3 years of age of PKD. This breeder has been horrible to deal with and I wish I had read reviews before my first purchase. You be the judge of the quality of these cats. PLEASE BEWARE!
