Shady - unethical business with no compassion.
- - Deposited $500 for a Himalayan; it was marked reserved, and I was to pick up.
- - They refunded the deposit and stopped replying.
I placed a down payment on a beautiful Himalayan. He was on sale, which was a little weird to begin with.
They marked him as reserved, and we were to leave tomorrow to pick him up. We had exchanged emails about how excited I was & all that I purchased from their website suggestions. I then said these exact words:is he purebred? He has beautiful large eyes which I absolutely love, and a very thick coat like my Persian.
Either way, we absolutely love him! She sent back my deposit and ghosted me. She said I wasn't comfortable buying online. I obviously was, or I wouldn't have sent her $500.
Be aware, they have no issue with tearing your heart out. They do NOT respond which is cowardly and bad business!

Scammers beware
I bought a kitten from them and less than 7 months my kitten passed away due to genetic defects. They have not returned any of my phone calls.
I agree not to mention Trisha Johnson is a complete *** She loves to jerk your kitten away from for the smallest reason, avoid her at all cost.
Awful experience with this breeder
- - Met Tricia, agreed to buy a 6-month-old kitten and signed the contract.
- - They want executed contract signed, plus $500 for updates and $3,000+ by wire.
I talked to Tricia on the phone and agreed to purchase a 6-month old kitten. She sent me the contract and I signed.
I asked them to sign the same contract as well so we would have an "executed" contract. How good is a contract unless both parties agree to the terms and sign?!? The minute I asked them to sign, their tune changed and they accused me of not being comfortable with an internet purchase.
They won't show any updates pictures unless you pay another $500 and they want you to wire them $3,000+ but they are not okay to sign the contract they put together. Be aware and don't do business with these people!
Me too, however I asked if he was purebred (Himalayan) because he had gorgeous large eyes which I loved, and an amazing coat like my Persian. I said either way, he’s got a new family that already loves him!
Exact words! I’ve since learned that there ARE doll faced himalayans, but apparently she didn’t like that and sent back our deposit and we aren’t getting this beautiful kitty now. Shady business! Like you … you’re not comfortable buying online, bla bla bla.
We had chatted back and forth about how excited we were and we were to leave tomorrow for pickup. Completely ghosted us.

Doll Face Persian Kittens Misrepresents

I purchased a kitten in the summer of 2015, a male white shaded silver. First of all, the breeders had poor communication with me and although prepared the kitten for delivery via air, they did not follow the specific instructions and add my daughter's name to the documentation even though I emailed several times and called (but they do not answer or return phone calls).
Needless to say, my daughter arrived at the airport to pick up the kitten and they would not release the kitten immediately. It took at least 2 hours to work through the specifics without any aid from the seller because they don't answer their phone. On top of that, I bought a male and they sent a female. I contacted "Trish" via email, of which she did reply, and she said I was wrong and the cat was a male because they "tag" them.
Needless to say, the cat is a female and has since been spayed. The woman, "Trish" did not apologize, offer a refund, or conduct herself in a professional manner and blamed me for not knowing the difference between a male and a female cat (although my vet spayed this female cat).
The paperwork that came with the cat stated a male, however, it must be a hoax because I have a female cat. This breeder is unprofessional and is a cat mill.

I purchased a kitten from dollfacepersians.com just over a year ago. My kitten didn’t even make it to a year old.
My vet sent his body to Michigan State U. in Ann Arbor, MI for a necropsy. They couldn’t determine cause of death because there was so many things wrong with him. All Genetic Issues!!!
To say I am angry is an Understatement. Now I see they are asking well over $8,000. for some of their kittens!!!!!! If I don’t hear from them soon….I’ll be contacting my attorney…who is one of the best in Ohio.
BIGGEST MISTAKE I’VE MADE is BUYING ONE OF THEIR KITTENS!!! Biggest mistake they’ve made is dealing with me!!!
2 dead kittens

I found Doll Faced Persian Kittens on line and was impressed by their attractive web site. Unfortunately, I found them to be all smoke and mirrors.
I agreed to purchase an expensive kitten with little research about this breeder. My first kitten from Trisha Johnson died at just 9 months of age of FIP. Originally, they did not want to stand behind their warranty and actually wanted to uncharge me for a replacement cat. After significant dispute, they sent me a new kitten and that one died at under 3 years of age of PKD.
This breeder has been horrible to deal with and I wish I had read reviews before my first purchase.
You be the judge of the quality of these cats. PLEASE BEWARE!
If you had such a bad experience with them the first time, why would you get another kitten from them? Funny, when you think about that.

We bought a kitten before we knew about this breeder and her history. The kitten was sick with ringworm and infected our home and everyone in it plus the kitten had fleas and hook worms. We paid 3500 for this kitten and she refuses to recoup our money for vet bills. No one buy from this scammer read ALL the complaints about Sue Johnson/Cozy Kittens aka www.DollFacePersianKittens.com
Her and her husband buy kittens from other catteries posing as buyers then post them for sale as their own at triple the price. Read the other complaints all are disgusting about how the animals are neglected or killed. She needs to be put out of business.
