Tried the trial. Called 2 weeks after trial to cancel.
Two weeks later received a huge box and a credit card charge for $135!!! Called immediately and asked what happened. They said they didn't receive cancelation. They said they would refund once they received it back.
They sent me a label and I advised them that I was in bed rest and that they would need to come pick it up since it was their error. They said they can't. They are making me figure out a way in my time for their mistake and refuse to give me a refund.
Terrible service. Couldn't understand the person on the phone.

Dollar Diaper Club Charge Review
They charged my account fraudulently on 7/23/15. I had never heard of the company before tonight and researching to find a contact to get the charge fully refunded.
Ripoff company
I can say it in nine words. Deceptive advertising. Promised refund. Big run-around. No money back.
However, since I have to have at least 100 words, here goes:
My wife was referred to this company as a way to send a few diapers to her great grand daughter free. She did this. She must have signed up for something or didn't read the fine print and so, a couple of weeks later, received $123.00 worth of diapers. She did not order or want this and called the Dollar Diaper Club.com with her complaint. They promised to refund money upon receipt of the returned diapers. No Money. They claimed there was a problem with her bank. They promised to mail a check. No check. Now I have to e-mail the supervisor (who has no phone number and no address) to see why. This over 1 1/2 months. Ripoff!!!!!!!

I sent the box back to dollar diaper club and they got it within 5 days. I have not recieved my money yet!!! I have called them and sent them everything they asked for.

Dollardiaper offers "free" sample. Someone put in my name and the company somehow got my bank infomation and took money out.
I returned thier package as refused mail and they are refusing to refund my money.. This isnt right I live on disability and companies like this do thing likend do not keep the product.
