an email was sent for almost a month, somehow the case closed by dolby without nether a resoultion nor a reply!

even though all the required information was given to them as per their request.

Issues with purchase of Dolby Atmos for Headphones and keeps occurring with no audio

I have no issues or problems from Dolby but quite the opposite if I'm being honest.I recently purchased some JBL headphones and alone just pure garbage but with the help from Dolby's technology in making things come to life through audio they brought these headphones to life. I purchased Dolby accent many years ago.

Furthermore, I use Dolby for a gaming experience through Xbox and from time to time movies. Thank you for you all's nonstop commitment in making audio come to life.

I bought a DSTV Explora decoder in 2016 in Nigeria, with the following details: Ahmed Saeed Mooye, 104416****. Phone number: +234802****612.

The decoder has stopped working. It only shows a red light and doesn't scan. Please, can you do me a favor by either replacing it with a new one or swapping it for me?

Fake dolby atmos system in Motorola Mobiles

I have a Dolby Digital Lautrupbjerg 7 DK-2750 Ballerup model SAS-3 SN218111****

I have used this for quite some time with my TV and Smart 3D hearing aids where I can listen/watch TV thru my hearing aids.

It quit working and I'm unable to plug in the cords to it. When I shake it I hear a noice, I feel that something has broken.
