Your autonet says click for tech support but you have no tech support. No one to talk to about the problem but customer service who are not able to answer my questions. Will not buy from your company again.

Concerns
What happened to the ordering personnel in the past. It takes forever to place an order and half the time can't understand the person. Not happy with that business decision.

Wrong item sent and no solution 2 calls later
Two calls resulted in no solution until yesterday. I received FedEx printable label yesterday and mailed out the package through FedEx this morning. Your refund or return process should be streamlined.

Beware …. Don’t buy anything in winter install in spring !!!!
Live in New York State. Bought a pool heater with 90 day warranty.
Bought it in April, installed in June. Out of warranty.
This company is located in Wisconsin, are they swimming in April???

Merchandise never delivered. Was told they had to give FedEx 48 hours to respond.
FedEx didnt respond by Friday. Was told the refund request couldnt be sent in until Monday. And it would take 3 to 5 business days to reach my bank.
Thats a total of almost two weeks to get a refund. Unacceptable.

NEED TO RETURN THE PARTS I ORDERED THEY WERE THE WRONG ITEMS I NEEDED
I ORDERED PARTS FOR MY BOOSTER PUMP AND I ORDERED THE WRON ITEMS I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THEM, LOOKS LIKE A NEED A RETURN AUTHORIZATON NUMBER TO RETURN THE ITEMS. IF YOU COULD SEND THE INFO I NEED I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.

Resolved: Worst customer service ever!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I was contacted by Stephanie, the customer service manager.She shipped me a new liner immediately.She even gave us and upgraded, better liner as an apology.Problem resolved..

I purchased an above ground pool liner.
The liner arrived.
I drained my pool, installed a new ground mat, installed the new liner, put a vacuum behind the liner and turned it on to remove the wrinkles. The new liner had several spots where the wall was pulling away from the floor.
Like the glue, or weldment didnt take or hold. I was in a panic as we live in Florida where it storms daily, and an above ground pool is very flimsy without water in it!!!
I immediately called Doheny;s customer service. The lady told me to submit pictures to them, they would contact me back on Monday( this was Saturday) I explained to her my situation, and she said there was nothing she could do. We discussed me trying to glue the seams to see if that would work.
Glue seams on a brand new liner??!!!! This already had me angry, but what could I do? We ran to Lowes, got some vinyl glue, and tried it. The next day, it did not hold, I could pull it apart.
And if I continues to pull, the entire seam would simply keep on seperating! I emailed the same address she had me send the pics. Figured, I would have to wait until Monday. Fingers crossed.
Monday came, no contact?!?
So my wife called Dohenys. They said they were understaffed, and overwhelmed. Someone would get back to us by Wednesday. Even more angry now, pool still flopping in the wind!
Wednesday came, no contact!
We called back.
We will be contacted by Friday for sure. Fingers still crossed, pool still flopping in the wind!!
Friday came. No contact. I call again.
Keep in mind, each call is 20 minutes to 40 minutes on hold, waiting for someone to answer. A lady answers the phone, she passes me to another lady, who passes me to a man in another department, who told me, Sorry WE CANT TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE. I would have to contact SwimLine, the manufacturer!!! So after a week of prayers my pool doesnt collapse, I had to start at ground zero, all over again!!!
I contact SwimLine late Friday, of course they are closed, and I have to wait until Monday to someone
to contact me.
I sent them an email with what my issue was, and pictures, and I guess I hope someone
will contact me this time and settle this.
To be fair, this is not on SwimLine.
Had someone told
me to contact them first, a week ago, I might have my replacement liner, and have it installed right now. My complaint is with Doheny's and their customer service!!!
I will NEVER purchase a thing from them again!!!

Do I really need to report you to the BBB over the $9.99 you have cheated me lout of? If need be I will.
I ordered a pressured gauge and a case of pool shock in June totaling $90 plus and using your 50SHIP code for free shipping.
I received the gauge and was billed $9.99 for shipping. I called and was assured my account would be credited. Never happened! I called again and was once again assured my account would be credited the $9.99.
Never happened! Worst of all, I was told my shock order was cancelled by you and you never had the decency to let me know.
I just waited for the order to arrive.
You have not only lost a long time customer but the BBB and YELP is next. Give me back the money you have stolen from me!

Parts missing from pool package, months to receive pool, no instructions, customer service failure to communicate with me. Will Never recommend or purchase from Doheny's again!

I was told a product was on back order and would be in on the 5th of July
I called and E-mailed I waited 40 minutes to be told the product wouldn't be in until the 15th of July. So I was told 2 dates and the product never arrived no call, no E-mail and a rude customer service person.
I canceled the order, and won't be using this company I got the product from Amazon same price I will get it in 2 days. I always try to use local companies but, after yesterdays call forget it.

They sold us junk of a pool pump can not get thru to customer service to get it returned they said they would send a return label but have not seen it yet
customer service and junk pool pump I have been on hold for two hrs now and spent around four hrs. yesterday I thank if they can't do better than that they need some other system to get stuff back.

Can't get anyone on phone or email. Trying to get pump because the one I bought quit working after two weeks. Call every number and email with NO response.
New pool pump quit working after two weeks and called every number I could find and emailed about 6 times with NO response. I need to get another pump because it has a 1 year warranty, but can't get anyone
