DogHaus has never responded to any of my phone calls or emails. The message written here stated that the message was seen by the company but it was still never responded to.
I am very disappointed. I’m not sure what my next step is, but I’m not done trying to get my money back.
If it does, the customer service workers do not return the messages or phone calls.
I bought a $40 gift card in June 2024. When I went to use the card in December, I was told the card did not exist. I have the receipt and look back my bank statement where it shows I paid for a gift card. I spoke to the manager who went into the system and said the card did not exist.
The dirty card with the dirty envelope that the employee sold to me, shes telling me does not exist. After about an hour, she stated that she found the sale of the card, but couldnt find where the money went. I know where my money went! The bank took it out of my account and gave it toDogHaus!
She went back into her office and came back out 30 minutes later with the corporate number that I could call. Only the corporate number is not a number for me to call. its a mailbox number. Searching the Internet I could not find a number to call.
I left multiple messages on their website customer service page and have not received an email or a call back. All I want is my $40 back, but there doesnt seem to be anyone at this business that could do that for me.
it seems as though they do not have proper management. Its very frustrating to be told a card that I have proof of buying and they have proof of it not being used and being told I still cant use it.

Bad Attention to Service
I just came to like Doghaus about 2 weeks ago. Since then, I have been in the store 3 times.
The front attendant has been on his phone in the back. He is really nice once he shows his face. He doesn't hear the door open. You will stand there with no one else in line for over 4 minutes if not longer before he pays attention to a customer.
He actually has a sign that says "Please do not Yell for me, i will be back soon" you can clearly see him through the kitchen window on his phone. The person who enlightened me had the same experience.
She was not happy because she made a call in order the night before for a meeting the next morning, she still had to wait over 25 minutes for her overnight order to be done. We love the food, can we change the way the attendant attends to the customers?

Order Issues and Disrespect
Ordered two burgers and drink, along with chili cheese fries. Got fries with no chili or cheese.
When I called to ask for it they repeatedly told me they had already gave it to me. When I went back in, one of the guys angrily told me Are you threatening me, ultimately never got my order fixed and didnt get a refund from the difference of regular fries and the chili cheese fries.
