This woman does not know how to run a business! Has a website with only "offline" chat....then why have it? Does not respond to phone messages at all. Finally got an email response after one week and she cancelled my order without even responding to my initial questions!

I had to call my credit card to dispute charges as she charged me on the day that order was placed but never followed up with delivery of the items! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

BEWARE!!! THIS STORE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!

This seller puts items up for sale that are not available! I didn't receive my alternative items no where near the expected time although I ordered express mail. The seller stopped answering all of my emails and I had to make a time consuming dispute with PayPal.

Ordered $72 worth of merchandise, waited 1 month and never received a package. I emailed Melissa and she told me it wouldn't be much longer until I got my package.

Waited 1 more month, no package. I then requested to be refunded. Melissa said she would refund me, it's been one month still no check. I have emailed her many times, no refund.

I don't even know how this business is even open.

They stole my money!

They dont even let you know when your order is shipped. Even if your account says that it is sent...

Well, you can wait forever because it will never arrive at your door. Dont buy anything from this website!

This pissedconsumer website wants $250 a month out of every business listed on their website when the better business bureau does not. They did not offer this before until they had many complaints filed against themselves and are now asking for money.

Check out how many complaints that are made against pissed consumer. They do not remove false reviews, they do not contact the business if there is a complaint so they can respond, they do not close or remove false, legit or older posts.

All orders are processed and sent within the time shown, we post tracking numbers to all accounts. If an item is not in stock or on backorder, we inform the customer and they can cancel or if they would like to pick another item we can do that as well. Orders that are asked for a refund instead are all refunded in full.

We have been in business for 8 years and have a reputable business. This website is a free for all and was reported to the attorney general.

Absolutely a rip off site, you don't receive all your items also you receive the wrong items, and you never get a response, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS A SCAM.

I ordered items that I received a month later. And as I mentioned I received the wrong items and 1 item I did not receive. Nobody should be buying from this site because they probably only carry 25% of the stock.

I'm going to try to contact my credit card and see if anything can be done. He site looks well made but it is just a front.

I have been ordering from this site for about 4 months and just came across this post. I believe its unfair because Cindi & Cheri purchased this business very recently and I have never had an issue.

BEWARE!!

Unless you feel like paying for items that you never get, DON'T BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF SITE. They are a rip off and you'll be lucky if you get your items without having to send her 100 emails asking where your stuff is.

"Should be here any day" are her famous words and "I'll send you tracking info"., which you will never receive.

Don't bother to call the number listed on the website either because no one ever answers and no calls are ever returned. I just wish I had read all the complaints before I purchased anything.

What is your full name or order number please? This statement is completely untrue.

We reply to every email within 24 hours, most are replied to instantly. We are a small family owned business and if our phone goes to voicemail, it usually means we are on another call helping another customer.

We also return call or reply via email if we have the email. We have been in business for 8 years and are a very reputable company.

ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED

I wish I would've read these reviews before I placed an order. I've been waiting 2 weeks and emailed "Melisssa" to find out what was going on. She said my order should be here "in a few days" and that she would send me a tracking code (still haven't gotten it). My order still shows as "processing" on the website.

I am not sure why any reputable company wouldn't automatically send tracking information, or why in 2014 that shipping a t-shirt would take several weeks. I left a complaint on their FB page and they deleted it!!

I definitely won't be ordering from them again and will tell all of my animal loving friends to avoid this company like the plague too.

Vintage Tshirts Review

First off the woman, Melissa who supposedly own this scam business is a total crazy person! My cousin and I were both scammed by her!

We ordered several vintage handmade tshirts for 5 different. Both of is made complaints to PayPal when our orders never came and she never responded to our emails! As soon as she was contacted by PayPal, she quickly sends us both tracking numbers. We get the package and guess what?

They are EMPTY! That's how she covers herself with PayPal and your credit card company. We both filed complaints with PayPal and got our money back! Ha!

PayPal said she had numerous complaints of empty packages.

How is is website still up? This should be against the law!!

Items ordered never received with no answer to e-mails or messages left!

Placed large order and was informed items were in stock and I would receive them by the following week. I am still waiting over a month later and have not received anything.

When I log into their accounts, my order still shows as processing with no tracking number. I have e-mailed and left messages with their customer service line to no avail. I was so excited to order from this company and loved their website and products offered. I am feeling very frustrated and believe they do not value customer service at all.

I don't understand how they can run a business like this.

Horrible company! Never ordering from them ever again!

I placed an order for 1 costume & 2 toys. Almost 3 weeks after I placed the order, I contacted them regarding the order.

They said there was a problem with the owner of the retailer who had the costume & I should receive it mid November, which would be 1 month from my order date. I asked where the toys were & the girl said that they were waiting to ship everything together. I told her to ship them separately. Then a week later, I contact them regarding the 2 toys in the order.

I received an email stating that 1 of the 2 toys were unavailable & she shipped me another toy that SHE chose & said if I didn't want it, I could keep the toy & she wouldn't charge me. *** no are you going to charge me for something I don't want! These toys were supposed to be a gift! I'm so pissed off!

Now that I read the other comments on this blog, I have a feeling that I won't ever see any of these items.

Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this in my life! AWFUL COMPANY!

Hi Renee, I am sorry you had to post this on here after our communication regarding the costume. You mentioned you contacted me 3 weeks after placing your order?

I contacted you shortly after your order was placed explaining that the designer unexpectedly closed their business for a family emergency. You had the option to cancel your order and I also suggested if there was another elf costume you may like instead. We went through the other costumes over the phone and you really liked the original and decided to wait for the other one. I told you they would be back on the 10 and shipping on the 11th.

If you were picking another costume I was going to ship the toys with them. I said that I would ship them if you wanted to wait for the original costume. I showed I had the Grrona toy in stock and went through all the toy bins and did not see it. It was my mistake that I sent another toy, I did contact you when it shipped to let you know about the Grrona.

I sent the arfsolut toy which was the same size and shape as the grrona. I thought you would cancel the grrona and was giving the toy I sent for free. I was not going to charge you for something you didn't want. I also refunded your shipping charges.

As I mentioned on the phone, I didn't receive an email from this designer, they left right in the middle of their busy time (10/19) because they only sell costumes. I have been dealing with them for over 5 years and this has never happened. They had an emergency and I expressed that I was sorry .

You always had an option and stated you wanted to wait.

Order never received! Sent an empty envelope!

Seller never shipped my 5 items. Sent an empty envelope in order to have tracking info.

to provide to PayPal. Palpal let them keep my money and I never received any goods. They currently have 3 open case on PayPal and 5 complaints to the BBB. Google "DoggieCoutureShop" and you'll see how many people they've swindled out of money.

In addition to this information, I also have an email from the manufacturer of the items I paid for that knows my items did not get shipped because the manufacturer still has those items in their possession.

Do not buy from this company. When they get tired of getting your emails, they block your email address.

Melissa Gampel has serious mental problems. I hope she eventually goes to jail for how many people she screwed over!

These are both the tracking numbers that show your order was delivered.

The designer you contacted told you that the rest of your tees were still being made as I told you. You told both of us thank you. We didn't block your email address as we show them and replied to every one.

All your allegations are false. You know you received all of your items and trying to damage our reputation for no reason.

Total Scam

I ordered over 90.00 worth of items 3 weeks ago. Got the run around for 2 weeks, finally received a tracking number.

Guess what? The tracking number showed item never mailed, just the info was sent in. The she says package that was obviously NEVER SENT was lost. I tell her to cancel the order.

She ignores this and sends me a small box with the two least expensive items on the order in it. A small box that there is no way all my order would fit in.

I am filing complaints with the BBB, ice.gov and Paypal. It is obvious from other review sites, other reviews here and the BBB website that she has done this sort of thing many times before.

I assume the previous comment is from the owner, Melissa, since their location is in the same city as the company's o_O. It's awfully funny how there is always an excuse from her for why orders go wrong. I've heard them firsthand after something similar happened to me, and have read your excuses for mishaps with other orders. Bottom line is, everyone's stories are awfully similar. People are not lying on you; your business does not need "protecting" from disgruntled consumers. I would strongly encourage DoggieCouture to reevaluate the way they do business before they are left without one.

If you are looking for items for your pooch...please take heed to the many complaints about this company posted online.

It's really not funny because there are things left out and not updated. The Bottom line is we want every order to be perfect.

We never want anything to go wrong and want them all to go smoothly. We are not trying to hurt anyone and if something does come up, we try our best to correct it. WIth the amount of packages we do, we have had the post office misplace, loose and send packages to the wrong countries. We have many repeat and happy customers and I am really sorry if and when someone might have an issue.

It really hurts me if someone is not happy. We are a great company. We send gifts with orders.

We donate to shelters and many charity events. You really do not know everything we do.

I am sorry this is just not true and these websites do not protect retailers from false claims. We have been in business for over 5 years and though we wish that every order can be perfect sometimes things out of our control can happen.

This package was mailed. The post office picks up the packages from our company. The package had been lost or misplaced by the post office. When we found this out, we resent 2 of the items.

One of the items which was a vintage tee had to be remade and we reordered 2 fans because we sent the last 2 in that package. When we were notified they were not going to be at that address that much longer, we refunded the entire order including the items we resent. We told them that they could keep these items free of charge because of the issue that occurred with the lost package. We apologized that this happened.

We are a very good company and have many repeat and happy customers.

It is unfortunate that people do not take the time to write all the good that we do. We work really hard and try our vert best.

It goes to show the legitimacy on your false review. We have had the same paypal account for over 10 years plus our regular merchant account.

We have never stolen from anyone. Customers are protected with their credit card companies to prevent them from loosing money.

I wish I would have googled this company before I bought from them! They never answer emails, or the phone! After I file a claim with PayPal I get a half brained response from her.. Obviously written on her smart phone.

Bogus tracking number never shipped! She sent me the email at 11 am from her phone! Apparently she doesn't leave the couch when conducting business. Also, there are tons of complaints filed to the BBB.

I'm filing one as well.

Buyer BEWARE! Do not buy from this company!!

Doggie Couture Shop HORRIBlE thieves!

The first two times I shopped here, my items took three weeks and then a month respectively to arrive. In those orders I only had one item each time. My third order contained 5 items. One item was cancelled by them because it was out of stock. The next 3 items arrived after my dogs birthday, the fith item (a jingle collar) never arrived. I promptly returned all the items to their address with a confirmation code. The items were packaged nicely with tissue paper. I got the rudest email back that it was somehow my fault that I needed to return these items. Long story short, they kept all of the items I sent back (to resell obviously) and did not refund me whatsoever. My MasterCard disputed the charge, but then reversed it based on this companies falsely provided information.

Do not shop here. Nonexistent customer service, items can take up to a month to arrive (btw I live in the next state over), and no returns accepted -even when it's their error. Lastly, you may not even get everything you ordered but they will lie and say you did. Overpriced, unfair store.

They also have 5 Better biz reports filed on them from unhappy customers!

I just got scammed by this company, too, to the tune of 73.52

Order weeks ago, got the run around.. then finally got a package today with the 2 least expensive items (18.00) of a 5 item, 91.52 order.

No email explaining they were out of stock, no refund. Nothing.

I am escalating with paypal as well as going to the bbb and ic3.gov

Unfortunately, I have to agree with this post. I have ordered from them and my order has taken a month to arrive. They really should do a better job setting realistic delivery expectations (usually ships within 5-7 business days is clearly not accurate). If I were a business owner I would want my customers to be aware of probable delays upfront.

They have nice items but will not continue to stay in business if they continue doing business like this...

Sad to say but I will not be ordering from them again and would recommend anyone else that has a timeframe for receiving your items to do the same.

This post is not true at all! You filed a chargeback for your order that you sent back a month later and damaged.

We also do not accept treats back as per our policy. American Express ruled in our favor with all the true facts that were presented to them. They were provided tracking numbers that showed everything arrived within 5-7 days and on time, even with it being the last week before christmas.I also told american express you are more than welcome to get back the items you sent and even though they did not say we had to, I put them in a box that was going out today. We accept returns and have a return policy that was not followed.

You put the items in an envelope and the party hat was crushed and damaged and not returned to us in the condition it was sent. The treats due to health regulations, we cannot accept any treat back. It also had dog hair stuck to the sticker that closed the container it came in.

(seal broken) It was also American express not master card that you state above and they ruled in our favor. You are maliciously bad mouthing our company and not stating truthful facts and if this continues we will contact our lawyer.
