This company is a rip off. I was verbally assaulted by Garrett (recorded on Ring).
In retaliation, for complaining, they would not allow me to get expensive alarm equipment and a basketball arcade and charged for removal. They also advertised lawn care, but charged me for not maintaining.

This company has the most unprofessional commutation system. You are unable to reach your property manager in a timely or easy access. If their voice mailbox isn't full and you are able to leave a message, your call is not returned.

Very poor customer service

This is my second complaint for this company and nothing has improved. If a message is left, it takes a long time for a response if any at all.
I have tried for one week (June 15, 2020 - June 22nd) to reach my property manager, Jamal Williams. His voice mail is full and cannot receive my message. Again, it has been a week to try to contact him. The owner, Duke Dodson, states he began the company in 2007 because he could not find a company, that he approved of, to manage his rental properties,
I do not consider THIS good, nor a professional way to operate a property management company.
I have just accepted to renew my lease for the 4th year and have been an excellent tenant.
