Resolved: Make a log, follow-up carefully

They finally credited my account...problem was a 5 day hold that nobody told me about.

I had a problem with my account that has taken 14 days so far to resolve. They made an erroneous distribution and have taken back the money but not credited my account. The result is that I am missing several thousand dollars. I have called numerous times and they keep saying it will be resolved in two days...two days goes by and it is still not resolved. They acknowledge that it was their error, but they have not resolved the issue. This is unacceptable for a financial institution!
