Very Unhappy with Lawyer
- - Payment in full doubled the bankruptcy payment.
- - Partial repayment requests were denied after a long Arizona law lecture.
Very Dissatisfied once monies were paid in full the amount of the Bankruptcy payment doubled. Mr Dodd lectured us about a new Arizona law for over 20 minutes stating the reason for the much higher payment.
When asked for a partial repayment back before any of the court proceedings he obviously denied due to the lack of Customer Service Commitment by the firm. We are VERY Dissatisfied.
What we have decided to do was to go another direction to handle the financial mess that my wife and I created. With out the assistance of this Law firm which was very unwilling to discuss a partial repayment.
