Horrible quality and customer service from Dodds and Eder

Company advertises itself as a luxury merchant selling superior outdoor furniture backed by their commitment to unparalleled customer service. Though very expensive, product is cheaply made. Lounge cushions and umbrellas sewn as though they were a home ec project, soaked up water, and zippers broke. Umbrellas broke, too, and teak lounges mildewed after only 4-6 weeks. Far from what they advertise, customer service is uncooperative and antagonistic. Refuse to take accountability for multiple mistakes, delayed deliveries, and poor quality. Refuse to stand behind their promise to deliver the best of the best. Advertising is misleading- it is inferior product.
