Doddle Parcel Services - Parcel lost by Doddle Watford
I dropped off a return parcel for Oasis order at Morrisons Watford 24 June - on tracking it shows "left the store 25 June" but still not in the Hub - see pic. I am waiting for my refund from Oasis and I am past the 14 day refund policy. Someone has to provide this refund. If Oasis has not received the return, then Doddle must reimburse me for the lost parcel.

Goods stolen

I had a large parcel delivered to Doddle Ilford , I notified the branch in question (Debenhams) that I would collect my goods in two weeks which they said was fine , When I arrived to my surprise all Doddle displays , stock and my goods were gone! there was no phone number or address where I could contact them to collect my goods, all that the department store said is that they no longer operate from the store and all they have is an email for contact. I sent more that 10 emails to them and each time they replied with , ( We are working with our carriers and due to changes we have difficulties in locating your parcel ) this went on for 12 days at the end they said we are sorry but your goods are lost ! ( Angry Stolen more Angry like as this is private property ) I am now in the process of claiming the value of my goods in the small claims court. What a Joke never use them they will nick your goods! Angry

Don't use Doddle

I decided to use Doddle (The Thames City Link store London) to send my ebay items to my buyers because I believed they would do a better job than the Royal Mail. I was wrong. I paid a premium price for next day delivery, tracked post with insurance. Doddle used courier DPD to actually get the parcel to my buyer and the item got lost in one of their warehouses. After 10 days I was finally told that the item was in fact lost and was to start my compensation reclaim but a day later i received a text to say the item was being delivered that morning. I then had to contact Doddle to let them know this and they thought all was well in that case. They said they would kindly reimburse me the money i spent on the actual service but no compensation would be due despite me spending a lot of valuable time emailing back and forth with Doddle and my buyer to try and appease him. My positive status as an ebay seller was now in jeopardy and the buyer in the end bought another of the item I was selling as Doddle had told me the item was lost. I would warn anyone thinking of using Doddle to strongly reconsider and use another courier company.
