They answered only an hour after my message was sent. Some of responses were middle of the road because they did not really apply

My password kept failing and nothing was wrong with it. Tried emailing their customer service and no response. Tried several times. Then I found this website and tried it, it worked.

User's recommendation: Reach out thru this website, it works.

Site claims my insurance don't cover the service but I do video chat with my dr all the time.

I do more video chat than I do In person appointment. So I know my insurance covers the online service. Please help with this matter.
