Trying to change my credit card it has expired, I've waited on phone for 45 minutes three different times please call me after 3:30p
They answered only an hour after my message was sent. Some of responses were middle of the road because they did not really apply

When I made my appointment online, the system had a glitch and instead of charging my insurance, they ran the payment through my bank account. I called almost everyday for a week and felt I wasn't being heard, so I sent a message to complaint department, Within a day I received a message that my refund was processed and everything was clear.
Site claims my insurance don't cover the service but I do video chat with my dr all the time.
I do more video chat than I do In person appointment. So I know my insurance covers the online service. Please help with this matter.

My appointment was for 8 am waited just as it reached 814 it cut off. I never hung up closed phone or moved fro dr on demand.
Now I'm being charged 100 dollars but I was at appointment dr never showed. I use this dr on this app for a long time never miss appointment
