burned food

We went to Docks on 3/22/13 ordered 4 chicken boxes 2 PCs of catfish fillet after we ordered our food we went to Food for Less grocery store, because Docks was very crowded on Friday's since I been a customer. So my Aunty wanted to go to the store,because I knew it would take about an hour at least,because of previous experiences. We returned to get our order, the cashier stated that she had call our ticket # 58 & 59 then we got our food an left. We got home to feed the family and notice that in our order all our chicken wings and shrimps was burned so we just ate the deep sea nuggets then on the following Monday I called an spoke to the manager Ms. Nadia not really sure of the name on 3/25/13 she stated that she would replace the food that was burned. So I went Docks on 4/2/13 about 6pm and spoke with the manager and the cashier stated that they would give me the chicken box for our inconvenience, but I thought that they were stating that I would get the equal amount of our lost which was the chicken wings and shrimps, which was approximately 12 wings and 12 jumbo shrimps, I wanted for 1 hr for the food I then left the restaurant with the food then I decided to check the order to see if it was correct, and again after waiting an hour for the food they didn't replace my lost. I then got out of the car and went back in Docks to let them know that this was the wrong order and cashier called the owner and I gave them the food back and the cashier stated the owner stated to give me my money back, which total up to $38.76 then the cashier stated that owner told her to give me the money "get out of the restaurant", because I still wanted to get some because I hadn't ate all day and I'm a heart patients. They wouldn't let me order the cashier stated that I couldn't order any food with the money that was return to me.
