My package was delivered at the wrong address

I made an order thru the website. By mistake I wrote the 97th ave instead of 97th street.
I try many many times to contact them by email. They email never when thru. It was an error in their system that they couldnt get the email. So they delivered the package at the wrong address and I loss my package.
I will never by a thing on this company.
