Customer service sucks
I have been calling to place an order since 12:15 pm someone picked up then hung up in my face I called back 10 times after getting no answer. I went inside and the phone just keep ringing I asked was there a issue with the phones the young lady by the name of Daniela went to saying how it was busy but it wasnt when I got there.
Whole time Im standing there its 5 works in my face doing nothing while the phone keeps ringing and no ones answering. This is not the first time they stuff is really rude in the front of the house.
I wont be ordering from here ever again. Get some workers thats going to work instead of standing around

Injured in the bathroom do to unsafe Conditions
While eating in the restaurant on Thursday February 23rd My cousin and I were washing our hands and proceeded to use the paper towel dispensa when a customer Open the heavy wooden door smashing into my cousin's hand because there's very little clearance from where the door opens to where the paper dispenser is it left with a cut and bleeding when I asked to speak to a manager she cand informed my cousin she was OK this was the 70 year old woman who was standing there bleeding they never even asked if she would like a seat or a glass of water instead we were given a band-aid and dismissed.
Unacceptable doc forwards treat people better and do better by your patrons

I was scamed on a loan modification by Doc PREP 101
I was scammed as I was promised a guarantied loan modification and spent 2,400.00 dollars A person by the name of Bridget said I qualified for her to have wells Fargo modify my loan as she started to ask me about my financials as credit card payments and hard ship financial she fraudulently created a fake pnl with out my consent as she said she new some one the inside at wells Fargo and she had same computer system they are located at 250 east Rincon Street suite 201 Corona Ca 92879 9** **2-0579 web site http://www.docprep101.com .

Charging a 250.00 deposit not returning after commintmet
management corrected the misunderstanding
giving back deposit
on sat june 30th group of 40 something went to doc ford ft. myers .
organizer gave a two hundred fifty dollar deposit with a return when group showed up. everyone showed they kept deposit. also charging an extra 1.00 for each drink order without telling anyone there would be extra charges. I gave a 7.00 tip on top of a 15% gratuity that establishment added sandwich was only 9.99 .
also lower management asked 4 people to move while they were eating because he wanted table, which would of left our members of group no where to sit.
poor management will not go to establishment again. also will recommend other do not go.

The same thing has happend to me. I was scammed out of $900 and my home is now in foreclosure thanks to these idiots!
The number provided is no longer is service. They can run but they cant hide!
