Horrible Cusomer Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I would not use this company. I took a chainsaw there that started fine but after I turned it off it had to cool down to start again.

They told me 1 week to give me a call it was 3 weeks and I had to call them. They told me they couldn't start the saw and it was over $200 to fix it including an air filter I bought from them previous to running the saw twice. I honestly don't think they even looked at the saw but tried to sell me a new one and took my $50 deposit. The saw is old but would start when I took it there.

BUYER BEWARE. When I picked up my saw they gave it back to me in pieces disassembled in a plastic grocery bag. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I payed you $53.50 to look at it at least put it back togethor. Horrible

Was pissed but now a customer again.

I wasn't happy with dobosh center so a year ago I starting going to another dealer with my business. Since that time I found the other dealers service terrible and the employees were not at all helpful.

At least dobosh stocks a lot of parts and their mechanics are very good. I had one of my units at the other dealer three times and paid for three repairs before I took it to dobosh and they finally fixed it right. It worked great all summer. I stopped in 3 or 4 times this summer and noticed how extremely busy they were so they must do something right.

I said I would never go back to dobosh but I did and I'm glad. Even the counter employees were friendlier than the other dealer.

We were ignored the entire time we were in there, and when I asked a question, the person seemed like he could care less about answering me. We've never been back.

Dobosh center

Went to dobosh center in pleasant hills to purchase parts for my Honda mower...they are the most unprofessional staff in this neighborhood.....firstHad to wait until the one girl sitting at the desk got off Facebook and then this tall balding grouch approaches me and when I explained what I was looking for he acted as if I was bothering him....I heard as I was leaving that he was upset because he wanted to go to lunch....what happened to the customer comes first.....will never return to this business again..many of my neighbors have since told me the same thing....just rude rude rude service at dobosh center

I agree with anonymous. I will never go there again for a part.

They don't return your calls. There are not many Gravely dealers around and Dobosh was the closest for me. Their repair prices are just outrageous. $80/hr to work on a mower and only to find they didn't fix the original problem that it was taken in for.

If you need Gravely service, to to New Alexandria Tractor. It's worth the few extra miles to drive.

I've always had good experiences at dobosh. They know everything about mowers and have helped me when home depot can't.

I don't even bother going to home depot anymore. It does get kinda busy there around lunch, so I try to come in the morning. Maybe the employee on Facebook was out to lunch?

That could explain why she was not working and was waiting for the other guy to help you. As for the other guy, well some people get grumpy when they are hungry, just ask for someone else, the women there are really nice and helpful.

No Dan, these are the most ignorant people you can deal with. Ask most who have been there, everyone I talk to will not step foot in there. Heaven forbid you don't listen to us and do buy a product there; once they have your money you no longer matter if you do have a problem with it.

Poor customer service

An employee named Stewart was very rude, arrogant and dismissive with my husband and myself when we went in to purchase a lawn mower...didn't appear he wanted the sale and just brushed us off...not another customer in the building so he had nothing to do but give us attention, but chose to walk away as he addressed us. We had previously been in the building the evening before but was addressed but left because the two people working, one of them Stewart were with other customers, but decided to return the next day. We were pleasantly greeted by a female employee and was told that Stewart would be able to help us with sales...so we waited until he came over and from the start was ruden

I go there all the time. They stock so much equipment and parts.

I don't always get the same employee waiting on me but I have had Stuart wait on me and he is very knowledgeable. I went to buy a front wheel drive mower and he told me not to buy one but to get a rear wheel drive. I got a scratch and dent Honda and saved $100 over the same one at Home Depot. I've now had it for a few months and love it.

I've also had the owner Sally help me too. If you had a problem I'm sure she would have helped. I've always been treated great and have been going there for about 15 years.

I live in the North Hills but feel the drive is worth it.
