I placed an order that totaled 212.95 only to receive an email stating that they've canceled my order. Then I receive a phone call stating that they needed to "charge more money".

This seems very shady since the purchase was already charged to my credit card.

The representative that called had screaming children and barking dogs in the background and was not very professional. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered Bonide-Blossom End rot solution as soon as I saw the problem in the field. I ordered from them because their site says "ships next day".

12 days later it still did not ship out, meanwhile I am losing product in the field. Should have used Amazon, but this place a little cheaper, now I know why.

I finally asked for a refund. I'll be back here to update if I don't get my money (after I report them to the BBB)!

I brought a product called CYZMIC CS, and it was total B.S, it kill the roaches as promised, it seemed it made the problem worst! Its no wonder their are private pest control companies.

Those companies know that you buying the stuff from them is a lot of B.S. That's why they can exist! So if buy products from the company, to do your own pest control. Think again!

I bought Roach Control Kit #2 from domyownpestcontrol.com, the product was worthless. Will never buy from them again.

I submitted a bad review, the review team never posted it. How unethical is that? I contacted them for a refund, they said unless it was returned unopened, I would not be able to get a refund. This is BULLSH!T!!!

I wish I would of called Cooks to do the pest control, at least I would have gotten results. I hope this company goes under, their customer service is a joke, the product I tried didnt work and to get a direct answer is like pulling teeth!!
