This program is like any other, but you sign up and they won't let you go. I canceled my program back in June because it wasn't for me, but they just billed me again on August 27, for twice what I initially paid! I've canceled again and am contacting my credit card company for fraud, and to deny any future charges from this company!

I never submitted my information or completed my subscription by pushing a submit button to complete my order after Paypal sent me back nor entered my address to send products to
I was charged anyway for a subscription and for a scales I thought about purchasing. I was told by email, because no one at the company apparently knows how to verbally communicate, that their software doesn't do that unless you submit an order so it was my error not theirs!
I know what I did! When Paypsl sent me back t ok their site I changed my mind and was going to delete it and noticed it had already submitted the order. I contacted them as soon as I realized it and received an email with the info above and they said after that month it would be canceled but I had to pay for that month. I noticed later checking my cc that I was charged for the scales so I contacted them again about canceling that order and got the message that I hadn't added my address for them to send the scales to, totally avoiding my previous question!
I decided to let them go ahead and send me the scales since they obviously weren't going to cancel the order and I sent them my address! I still haven't heard back from them and haven't receive we d the scales either!
I've learned that uf a company can't be available to speak personally to real people then they aren't a reputable company!

I have spent more than two and a half hours on this just trying to get through to where I can get started. And I have yet to do it.
I was putting my password in when I lost everything I'd gone I went back through it. Got to the place where my phone messed up. It kept saying over and over that my email was already in use on your website. I tried to get on I couldn't.
it did take my password but then it gave me the wrong email address so I went along with that. In other words I have wasted all my time and I don't like the fact that you keep adding money on every little thing. I'm an elderly woman that lives on Social Security only. I know you don't care about that but I have to.
I also said I would pay for three months instead of one and they keep asking me to start the trial. I need to know if I'm on your plan or not. I do know that you've already taken money out of my account so I know I should be on it.
Would you please help me, Appreciate it very very much I need this program. I've got it on my notebook and phone, But can't use either one.

I've spent almost three hours now trying to get your program set up on both my notebook and my phone. I still don't know if I'm on your program or not even though you have taken the money out, and when I was trying to get on it, it said that I had to start the trial plan when I paid for three months.
To say I am frustrated is putting it as mildly as I can. PLEASE, help me.

Verified Reviewer |FRAUD, SENT BACK PRODUCT TOOK MY MONEY
Trying for months to get a refund for product I returned, they sent over a week after I cancelled. I have an email where they state a full refund.
Weeks later, numerous emails with never the same person.
Now they're blaming it on me, that I didn't recall the dispute with my credit card, I can't recall it because its closed and they didn't even admit to telling me to returning the product just took my money. Im filing complaints with FTC and other government organizations and having them investigated for fraud

Tried to cancel and could not. Sent an email from the same email they bill to and they Could not find d me.
Finally went to my bank and just disputed the charges.
Talk to your Dr. / nutritionist.
Get a fasting plan from them. This is expensive and they love your money not your health .
