This is a Public Service announcement.. Do not Hire DNJ Aircare, Joe Elson and David Walker from Canyon lake to work on your property. They were at our home for a service call and they stepped thru the ceiling in our hallway. We have begged and begged for months and months to get it repaired. They block our numbers, do not reply to emails or texts. This will be a easy repair, we just do not understand why they are being so irresponsible. We are filing a small claims lawsuit against them for the repairs, due to the poor business practices and unwillingness to take care of this matter we are forced to go to the next level .

Hello as owner of DNJ AirCare, I would have to disagree with you. First if this was true I would assume you would have taken it to the proper authorities by now.

TACLB60716E here is my license number. The person in question is Joe. He had been the initial salesman for the sale of your new system, in your new home. Not long after the home had become occupied, he came out to check a duct for you.

It was then he stepped through your ceiling. He was working for a different company(COMPTON A/C) at the time, one that has since filed for bankruptcy. It was approx 4 months later when Joe and I formed DNJ AirCare LLC. Because Joe had made the mistake you have associated him with the incident not the company he was working for.

Unfortunately DNJ AirCare did not commit the described accident and shall not take responsibility for another businesses faults.
