I wasn't able to get through when you connected me so I called back on my own. I spoke to a customer service rep and she answered my questions.

I don’t want to return this item. The product has spilled everywhere.
There’s literally nothing to return. I have pics of the spilled product in the container it was sent in. Please just send me a replacement. I have a busy schedule and a lot going on to send back a tiny product that was 4 dollars.
If that’s a problem, then please just give me a refund if you can’t send out another one and I’ll gladly buy it somewhere else.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. A representative finally reached out and they requested photos which I provided, and they sent out my missing products with expedited shipping. I am happy to finally have this resolved.
I received my shipment and it said that my two orders were combined; however, I am missing the gel top coat and foundation. I reached out about not receiving my order #464332. It said it was combined with my order #463402, but when I received it none of the products from order #464332 were in the package. When I reached out before, I was told it would be passed along to a different team and I would hear back.
It has been over a week and I have not gotten a response. How do I get in contact with someone? I tried calling the number listed on a Monday at 11 AM and even left a voicemail, but I have not heard anything.
I would really like my product or at least a refund. Thank you.

The set I ordered of the matching gel and lacquer did not match at all. The company refunded the price of the polishes.
I had to absorb the cost of the shipping. I was satisfied with the quick response I received to address this issue.

Wrong polish sent
Hello. I just received order#538836 for.
Upon unboxing, I noticed that instead of Ladybug#2543 someone transpired the numbers and sent me Barefoot Sea#2534.
the rest of the order was fulfilled correctly. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Calling their customer service number is the only way to get an issue resolved. I was emailing their provided support email and it takes over 2 weeks to get one response from them, so my issue dragged on for two months. I found their number and it was resolved in 5 minutes.
