Keeping money that I am entitled to.
- - Money was pulled after selling items, and more identity info is needed.
- - Documents won't be accepted; $142 is held; I won't use the service again.
Sold some stuff and traded stuff of their website for a while. After pulling money out of my account on their website they eventually decided that they need more information from me for my identity?
(Which they already confirmed with my bank card and drivers license.) And are now rejecting every single attempt for me to submit my documents and get my ID VERIFIED AGAIN. They are holding $142 from me from items that I OWNED AND SOLD USING THEIR SERVICE. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AFTER THIS.
I have NEVER had such a hard time providing ID verification for ANYTHING. Going to the DMV is easier than this *** And to top it all off they are now saying the documents I used to verify the first time will NO LONGER WORK.AVOID AT ALL COSTS
