My freight is missing

My freight was supposed to be delivered 9/9. It's still not there as of 9/13. I'm losing ~$1500 a day

Service associate with Health Point gave me a direct number to their carrier. While I wasn't able to get ahold of them I got a call back from DLS representative who advised me what was going on and when my freight would be

DLS took my money, Damaged my freight.

An email came telling me to go ahead and assess the possibility of fixing the washer. I took the top and front off and sent pics of damaged front and side panels and needed parts to fix.

They changed their mind and told me to repack it.

My washing machine was replaced with a new machine and the damaged machine picked up, all at no charge to me.

Though it took a while I'm satisfied with the outcome ( will be sure to unpack future orders before driver leaves.)

DLS worldwide/rr donnelly was supposed to deliver my $1500 front load washer september 12th, it arrived september 13. The driver left in a hurry before we could unpack to look at. We unpacked the machine and found the side and front corner caved in possibly to the drum, distorting the door. Apparently hit by something big like forklift. The box was still straight hiding the damage until unpacked, but the cardboard is imprinted at the site of the damage. We sent photos of the damage immediately. They requested we save the machine and packaging for their inspection. The machine is still where they left it. Its October now and still they have done nothing, now claiming the driver has a clear receipt. We saved all the packaging as they requested and have been waiting weeks for an inspector who MIGHT come to inspect the damage. "MAYBE they MIGHT do something but it will take TIME" Meanwhile I have an unusable washer, I cant return it, I cant fix it! I have to get ANOTHER washer while I wait for DLS Worldwide to decide if they are going to make good on this disastrous delivery.

Who was the delivering carrier. DLSW is 3PL. They don't have any assets.

That's hilarious! the retard who wrote this doesn't even know what they are talking about.

DLS Worldwide /RR Donnelley are a 3PL. They don't have any truck. They carrier they hired are the ones who damaged the freight. File a claim with DLS Worldwide.

I'm sure they will help to get you a new washer. They are a fortune 200 company.

They not worried about your $1500 front loader. Go watch a soap opera or something.

buy your appliances locally, local delivery, LTL carriers arent really a good match to ship appliances. This is todays economy - you think you are "saving money " bc you found that washing machine online for $ 200 less than a local store ? guess again

I recieved a free replacement washer and the trucking company picked up the damaged washer, so alls well that ends well.

My thanks to Mary at Professional Laundry Systems for help in resolving this matter.
