Difficulty returning items
- - It took 2 days and 25 minutes per day to print the return label.
- - FedEx label was blurry; barcode unreadable.

I spent 2 days and 25 minutes each day to print the return label. I used FedEx first but the printed copy of the label was too blurry for the post office to access the bar code.
At Staples the worker was able to print a much better copy but she indicated that the difficulty was the way D'iyanu sent the information to me. Both places had to crop, reconfigure and size the item.
Returning a product has never taken this long at any store where I have done on line business. Would you please simplify your return process?
