Chromebook faulty

This has not been resolved and i'm getting more angry with this. I received an email saying you never replied to our previous email which i never received and now not heard back.

Can you please give me customer services number or please help me resolve this issue. Disgusted customer

Hi i received a HP Chromebook from my daughter as a Christmas present 2021. I am not happy with the chromebook i have a few issues with it.

Mouse continues to stick as if no clicking when i try to use this causes the page to go haywire and starts to jump from one place to another and contents on page jump about all over and mixes up with other pages also when turning on the chromebook have to do it 3 or 4 times before it starts up. Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: Don't leave it too long if you feel there are faults with your Chromebook. The reason being your guarantee might have ended and then you need to pay to get it fixed.Thanks




On 20th February this year, 2013, I returned my ACER laptop for repair under warranty to Dixons, Sarit centre branch, Nairobi.

To date, 14 September, after almost 7 months, the laptop has not been repaired or returned.

In all this time Dixons have not responded to one email or returned one telephone call in respect of the said repair

Sarit centre branch (which I have visited over 12 times) are not able to update me. They say Mr. Parker, the owner of Dixons Kenya, is the person to resolve my problem but will not give me a direct contact.

My opinion – Dixons service has been ‘spectacularly’ poor. Certainly they have shown no intent of honouring any warranty.

Shame on you Dixons! Shame on you Mr Parker!
