I would like to cancel my Dixons Carphone Care Plan for my TV.

About a Direct debit
Phoned them up to query a £10.66 direct debit it was cosher,the only thing was they had us down for automatic renewal, which we have never been, always got the paperwork posted to us each yr which we did not get this yr, but we did eventually get sorted

I bought a washing machine on 15 February 2021 it stopped working 3 weeks ago. SMC servicing sent someone out to look at it.
He said it wasnt fixable. I have a number for replacement PER387714F1. It is a Logik L914WM20 9kg the serial number is 007448****579361****
The invoice number is 136895.
I have been struggling with washing for three weeks now and cant get anyone to help. My husband is disabled and Im a foster carer.
This is urgent.

To reclaim the insurance
I have broken my Laptop and it was lost it when I was moving hours last year. Thought someone put it in the bin.

No need for new pattery
Suspecting that my phone battery had become faulty, was looking to source a new battery. However, it later emerged that existing battery was not faulty Phone & battery originally supplied in March 2013
