Nightmare customer support team

It was a nightmare trying to get support from Divvy! I am shocked at how unorganized a company can be. In my entire professional life, I have never worked with a company who refuses to provide care, all I hear is someone will reach out. I contacted Divvy on Thursday and spoke with a representative regarding our transactions not syncing. We walked through the process for almost an hour and concluded with someone will reach out to you. I waited Friday, the weekend and Monday but no one reached out! I reach out to the support chat who tells me theres been an update and sends me the same article I got during my Thursday chat. I communicate this to her and what do I hear? someone will reach out to you! I than call customer service as I dont believe anyone will reach out to me and ask to speak with management. I am placed on hold for over an hour, no one answered my call, and I hung up. I call again and speak with Colin Pulsipher who is extremely unhelpful in the matter. I get the same useless article and am told my matter cannot be escalated and that someone with reach out to me.
