Dual payments

Hello, I went on the website, https://customer.dividendfinance.com/, to change my monthly payment from $134.74 to $154.74 on 01/29/23. I was able to add the $154.74 payment but unable to remove the $134.74 payment. Now, I have two monthly payments! I would like to get rid of the $134.74 monthly payment and continue with the $154.74 monthly payment. I have tried calling the phone number indicated on your website (844) 805-**** the last two days (3/7/23 and 3/8/23) and have not been able to connect. As soon as I hit the dial option it shows Call Ended. I've also tried clicking on the Write Message on the website and that does not work either. This poor customer service is disappointing to say the least. Your disappointed customer, Jeff Kassmir User's recommendation: Do not use Dividend Finance if you can avoid it. The website sucks and if you try calling they never answer.

Register

I have been trying to contact someone at 1-84*-***-**** for 6 days now and yes I have email you guys but know reply or call back. I have been trying to Register my account by it keep saying Unable to validate user: Unable to Verify Contact Information. Can you please fix this.

Have have been trying to Register my account but site, says Unable to verity Contact information. I have left 6 or 7 call backs and 2 emails but still haven't heard from you guys. Very poor service so far.

Damaged window need to be replaced

Your employee came, tried to clean the window, measured the window for a new on abd said it would take six weeks. I have not heard from your company as to when this window would be replaced. Would someone please get in touch with me.

No option on the pay by phone system to speak to customer service

I have tried at least 12 times to pay my bill via the automated system which is not working and there is no option to speak to a representative. The two options are if you are a home owner pay by phone the other if you are a contractor waiting for a line to be approved. That is extremely frustrating.

Don't do business with shine solar they are all a bunch of lying thieves that I have dealt with.

I have a complaint with the State attorney general that's trying to mediate between me and them and they're not answering the mediation papers there was a nice young lady who's going to have someone call me back so I hope they do because dividend has been sold of mortgage or alone through shine solar that is ridiculous thank you Mr Marion Wright
