Very rude/ food was not good

- - Carlos and staff Nancy, Anna, Kely, Esmeralda were rude; food salty and not fresh; order 103.
I want a refund from District Taco. The manager and his staff were very unprofessional at the Alexandria location.
This whole entire location had a problem with problem solving. How are you going to mess up my food and be angry with the customer and body language seem like they were ready to fight. From the manager Carlos, and staff Nancy, Anna, Kely and Esmeralda. Carlos which is the manager should not be managing anyone anyone his leadership skills is none, perhaps you need to find other employment.
Mr Carlos apparently your customers know you are rude because the young lady behind me said you are always rude. The rest of the staff are following the leader please find other
employment. I cannot be satisfied with rude service and when the rude is not up to standards. The food was very salty and does not taste fresh.
This was my first time at this
eatery and I will never go back to any location.
I want a full refund please and thanks. My order number was 103.
