Infinity pass policies in France

Good morning, I wanted to share with you my high disappointment among the restrictions that as a infinity pass member in Disneyland Paris that I am faced sinced the Coronavirus crisis. Since the reopening, Disneyland Paris informed to all his customers and pass members through the website of the new organization of the show off in the Park. Even though the process is ok for me and safe I am quite surprised that this new system of reservation through the website platform is restraining considerably my pass facilities and contract without any compensation from Disney after all. When I decided to take this pass which is the most expensive one,the goal was not to not be restricted and to show off every time I needed and desire. Now, I have to register in advance when I need to show off and praying god that there is availability booking opened for the pass member. In addition, for all my guests which accompanying me in which I have a specific fare, the bad news is that we have to register on another web platform to be sure that they can come with me. Until this day, the availability stopped until the end of september, and we are waiting for an opening of the booking on October. All the september weekends are already booked. I have been forced to cancel one of my visit because there were no booking availability for my guests. I do understand also that you had to make choices due to the Covid crisis, but a lot of events and advantages have been cancelled and stopped without the acknowledgment of the customers and pass members.T his situation cannot go further. I was quite surprised to learn that all the days restrictions for the cheapest pass were suspended in order that these members profit of their pass with this new organization. When members like me which bought the expensive one had no compensation at all. This is quite unfare. I do understand that your company has been impacted by the sanitary crisis but consumers too. The only thing that disney done is to stop the bank direct debit during the 3 months of lock down and extended the pass validity. This is definitely not a real compensation because we are going to pay anyway this extension. I wrote to Disneyland Paris customer care to share with them my claim.And they answered me that they do inform constantly the customers since the reopening by their website and they will not grant any compensation and I cannot cancel my subscription for the reason that I mentionned below (show off restrictions on my infinity pass). So now I am writing to you in order to share with you my disappointment that infinity pass member are treated. I am not the only one whose complaining by the way. And it is sad to see that all infinity pass members like me are now begging on the Facebook pass member group for an availability of specific show off date because the limit of pass member show off with their guests seems quite low. Hope that my claim will catch your attention and will help you to understand that this position is not comfortable for us and leads me to decide to not renew my subsciption if Disneyland Paris doesn't do any effort for the infinity pass members.
