IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HELP !!
- Three Disney gift cards ($150) were damaged; numbers and stripes torn.
- No reply after emailing photos and receipts; later told to open a ticket.
In Feb. of 2026, I bought 3 multipacks of $150 in Disney Gift Cards in preparation for a Disney Cruise in March.
As I was scratching off the silver covering on the gift card number, part of the number tore off. When it tore, it also tore part of the magnetic stripe. I immediately called for help and was told to send an email with a picture of the card and the receipt. I never received a reply.
On April 19, I once again called, but was again told to send an email, which I did. It is over a month later and still no response, so May 27, I tried calling again.
The people that I talked to were nice, but told me that they would have to put in a ticket for this since they could not contact Gift Card Guest Services personally. I am beyond UPSET!

Bought wrong card wanted to exchange
My boyfriend and his sister went to Target to get my 3-year-old granddaughter a gift card to Disney World, and they accidentally got a Disney Plus card on separate days. Target won't swap them out, which I think is crazy, as it costs nothing to swap. So for her birthday, she got no gift and nothing for Disney.
Preferred solution: Full refund
