I recently purchased your action circuitry electronic set for a demonstration for a class. Much to my dismay, upon set up in front of a room full of students, several of the essential components failed to operate.
The components were multiple switches, the siren, the rocket ship, and all of the kinetic experiment components.
Not only was this extremely embarrassing for me, but also to the stem program that partnered with discovery in making this.
I would greatly appreciate receiving the operational components that I paid for.
Please let me know your plan to remedy this situation.

for christmas for grand daughter. BASE LEAKED what a mess.
Macy's tells me that since it after 30 days, I called today.
They will neither refund nor replace.
Can i get any help here? Order #282079**** Macy's order number.
