My funds are supposed to be used and available to me (it is my money, after all) until the end of the year (yes, you can carry over $500). But apparently, Discovery decided to shut down my debit card prior to the end of the year ("in preparation for it's end of the year expiration"). Their website is outdated and their customer service is not helpful at all. It seems like 2 people work at this company or something. I got locked out of my account and every company has a password and user name recover system. NOT this company. You have to call and then you're placed on hold for hours. They kept on denying my claims while my money is stuck with them. I signed up for FSA, thinking it will ease payments for doctor's visits and pharmacy purchases. Now, I need to pay my additional mammo procedure and I got denied. I will definetly not sign up for this & will just save my hard earned money next year........
