I have a Jamaican number that I haven't used in a year, but to recover my email, I would have to get the verification code from that number. Is it possible for Flow to give me that verification code?

At felt that they were really giving me the runaround at first with with refunding the money I think hopefully it will be refunded but I just got so frustrated you know trying to get the money refunded and just dealing with these people sometimes I think it's just the process
Money was taken out of my account and I keep fighting them over and over again just to get the money refunded and they just keep giving me the runaround over run around and I'm just at the point where I'm just tired of fighting them I just want the money refunded but they don't really seem to be helping me so I'm just at the end of my rope with it and I'm tired
Internet service is not working and unable to reach a customer service representative.
I paid my bill on the 20th of December and today the 27th of December I have no service and unable to reach customer service representative

Ai can't answer questions that customers have or respond to reports of service outages,this AI thing right ow is *** After paying money for a service we are face with machine as customer service agent with knowledge of only what has been programed.

I signed up for a 90-day free trial but somehow money got taken out of my account without my knowledge and so it just frustrates me and I would like to get the money refunded because it just wasn't ok

They didn't not fix this issue at all ...they are the worst!!!
I have been waiting for over 1 week for internet service in Sheffield, Jamaica to receive this message from Flow 'We understand your situation. We want to inform you that your issue is still with our team under ticket reference number 820****, and our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Once your issue is resolved, we will proceed with your rebate request.' Please advise when ticket #820**** will be fixed or rectified.
I also expect to receive a credit on my account for all the days that I don't have internet usage. You people are incompetent and dishonest.

No Satisfaction
I wasnt happy with the response that I received from the investigator!! The red tape that one has to go through to try and get a new card is totally ridiculous and unfair!
At this point, I am not sure if I want to apply for another card!
Not very happy with this at all, being punished for something that I didnt do!
And, I am not paying over $14,000, plus back, nor do I have $289/month payment and I have been told by many, that I am not responsible for this!! Go after the person who made these charges!! I only had a $11,000, credit limit with Discover!! The balance that I owed, when the account was closed, was $3,350, and thats all that I am going to pay back!!
Take it or leave it!! I am VERY ANGRY right now, to say the very least!!!
