Discount mugs has been the worst experience. The supervisor Lucy is the worst they come. Very rude and insulting. I placed a reorder for 12 shirts, 1 color imprint only and still waiting and its been 12 days. My company constantly places orders on a continuos which brings business and the way we were treated today by Lucy will be known to others.

Had been doing business with discountmugs for sometime. Had a printing issue. Sent my product back. Never got a refund. Customer service is aweful. The person whom printed our order should be fired. No quality control. Ill be going to my bank today to dispute the money they owe. If u use this place at some point ull be sorry u did!!!
