Got exactly what i ordered
Horrible customer service
Had purchased a couple different sets of rims and tires over the years from them and I must say that each time their customer service got worse and worse, the last deal many of the items they have listed not in stock they change the price three different times change the shipping quote three different times and then the sales representative gave me a sob story about her life, guilt me into buying at this point I will never buy nor recommend DWW, I got a really sick *** set of nice 35 inch rims and tires from the local discount tire bill meet or beat any advertised price just asked them !!!
Very poor customer service.
Zero Customer Service and False Shipping Info
Zero customer service (I mean zero, you can't get anyone to pick up a phone, answer an email, or live chat), in stock and shipping estimates are not true, and if you're not happy and cancel your order, fine print says a 20% cancelation fee PRIOR to shipping for their troubles.
Here is my timeline which I was preparing for my credit card company so I could dispute the charge for merchandize not received.
Timeline:
2/10/18: Order# 206XXX placed on line, item showed in stock, received order receipt email confirmation same day.
2/11/18: checked order status on DWW website and found no information
2/12/18: checked order status on DWW website and found no information
2/12/18: Replied to order receipt email, sending question to DWW at orders@***.com and asked why there was no information available. (No reply)
2/13/18: called DWW customer service at 1-80*-901-****, spoke with rep who said that order was stuck in their system, but she said she pushed it forward and said it should be fine now.
2/15/18: Received email from Eddie L. at DWW saying item is in stock and should arrived within 7-10 business days. (10 business days would mean order would be received on 2/27. According to their 4-5 day shipping time, would expect shipping notification by 2/21, date missed.
2/15/18: Received email from DWW saying the order was at Phase 2, saying product was in stock and ready to ship within 1-5 business days. (5 business days was 2/21, date missed with no email to indicate the item has shipped)
2/15/18: Received email from DWW saying order was at Phase 3, saying credit card is being charged.
2/20/18: Received email from DWW, saying order was at Phase 4, product is being pulled and will get another email when product is shipped out. Email include note saying if product is not in warehouse, it can take another 1-4 business days. (4 business days is 2/24, date missed)
2/21/18: Sent email to Eddie L. asking for status as I ordered the item on 2/10, but as of the email on 2/20, it still had not shipped, and requested an estimate. (No reply).
2/21/18: Went to DWW website and sent email requesting status through their contact us form, providing email. (No reply)
2/21/18: Went to DWW website and started Live Chat, started chat only to be informed that no one is available.
2/22/18: Called 1-80*-901-**** was on hold for approx. 20 mins. Someone answered and I told them I was checking on order status, they took order number and put me back on hold and never came back. 10 minutes later, the call went to voicemail.
2/22/18: Went to DWW website and started Live Chat, started chat and appeared to chat with a Rep and provided order #, after a few minutes of waiting, chat ended and was asked to provide email address so they could respond as soon as possible. (No email received).
2/22/18: Went to DWW website and sent email requesting status through their contact us form, providing email. (No reply)
2/22/18: Called 1-80*-901-****, selected ext 110 for Eddie. No answer, straight to voicemail. Was routed to operator where it went straight to voicemail. Left message for someone to call me back about order. (No call back)
2/23/18: Called 1-80*-901-****, selected ext 110 for Eddie. No answer, straight to voicemail. Was routed to operator where it went straight to voicemail.
2/23/18: Went to DWW website and started Live Chat, started chat only to be informed that no one is available.
2/23/18: Called 1-80*-901-****, selected ext 110 for Eddie. No answer, straight to voicemail. Left message with order number, name, and cell phone number saying if someone does not call me back to status this order, I will cancel the order and dispute the charge through my credit card company. (no call back)
2/23/18: Called 1-80*-901-****, selected ext 110 for Eddie. No answer, straight voicemail. Was routed to operator where is went straight to voicemail. Didn’t bother to leave 3rd message.
2/24/18: Went to DWW website and started Live Chat, started chat and asked for status on order, after a few minutes of waiting, received response that no one is available and will send email as soon as we can. (No email received).
2/25/18: Received email which said package is being shipped and finally got a tracking number
03/03/18: Finally received wheels.
Stay Away from This Merchant
Would not refund my money or the cost to replace TPMS that never worked in the first place. They sent me on a goose chase for 2 months hoping i'd go away.
They repeatedly lied to me on the phone promising to take care of me but it never happened. I am now focusing my efforts on letting the public know to avoid these guys and find someone else with better reviews.
Ordered my product online and waited a month, called twice to see why "in stock" items havent shipped yet. Finally got them after 2 months. Sensors didnt work at all.
Spent 2 more months asking them what I should do, after trying 3 places who all failed to program them I bought OEM and they worked perfectly.
Tried to send the ones I bought back and they just talked me in circles. So i'm out $450 total and they could care less because they have my money already.

Terrible experience
Had a terrible experience with this business. I placed a order for 5 Jeep tires, I received a confirmation e-mail stating the items were on stock and that the transaction was being processed.
Next day received a phone call to let me know that the items were NOT on stock and they were offering me a different type of tire, which I disagreed and ask for a refund. He stated that my credit card WAS NOT been charged. My credit card WAS CHARGED anyway. Wrote them an e-mail and they referred me to customer service who toll me that the refund would take about a week.
After waiting for more than a week and refund, call them again (another wait for about 25 min) they stated that my refund was already process. But I never received it.
I contacted my bank and submitted a claim thru them, it was then that I got my refund, because I got my bank involved. I not, I would have paid for tires that I never received.

So I purchased a wheel and tire package from Discount Wheel Warehouse some nice 20 inch Asanti's for my Lexus. Spoke to the sales associates name Micah who convinced me that the tires he was going to send me Nankung GT20 Sports would be just fine because they come with a 40,000 mile warranty and I commute to work.
Seems reasonable right? Will first two tires made my car ride like *** and I had to replace one tire within a week and you know you just can't buy one off tire so that was two tires off the bat. I called immediately to see what they would do to resolve the issue and ensure quality service I was instructed by a young lady named Tristan that I needed to file through the manufacturer after being told to send a text message with a picture of the flat tire titled attention manager to a phone number which I I did immediately. I emailed the manufacturer attempted to call but that's not an option and have yet to get a follow-up by the company.
Here Comes Today February 2nd 2018 I walk in my garage to find another flat tire. No I guess I should have started with I did not receive these wheels or tires till the 15th.
They came mounted and balanced and we're supposed to have pressure sensors I'll tell you what my Lexus isn't picking up any pressure sensors and now I will have to buy a total of four new tires and less than a month of purchasing them and I have not heard from these people!!!! Somebody please help Better Business Bureau or something this is absurd!!!

Worst customer service I have ever even heard of
They sent me the wrong wheel. I wasn't mad, I understand mistakes happen.
I thought I would call them and they would send me a return shipping label and exchange it for the correct one, that is not how it went. I called them nine times over the course of four weeks. I talked to several customer service people who told me they could not help me personally but they were forwarding my information to the appropriate person and that person would call me back ,I never got a call, a text or an E-mail, after hearing this for the fifth time I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available but someone would call me back, but they didn't. I finally got the name and extension number of a manager and left several messages that were not returned.
Most of the times I called I was on hold for an average of 45 minutes each time and noboby has done anything to resolve the problem. I hate them.

Discount wheel warehouse people are a *** joke.See my review on them. I'm glad I cancelled my order from those piece of *** company.They should be ban by the BBB.
I did indeed contact Better Business Bureau but have yet to receive any follow-up information. They told me they would contact me in 2 weeks to see if the issue is resolved.
As I'm sure you're already aware the issue has not scene in a resolution and I haven't heard from Discount Wheel Warehouse it pains me to even type their name. I will contact the Better Business Bureau again tomorrow and refer them two more reviews such as yours provided by the site.
