I ordered a swing away arm, lift and carrier WEBN00315**** Nov.1st 2021 today is Nov 15th 2021 it has been two weeks and my order still hasn't even been shipped yet. I guess it don't matter to them that i can't go anywhere.

When I contacted customer service they said they would send me $100.00 to repair the damage they never did

I purchased the 3 12' Big Boy Ramps from Discount Ramps.com. Before I purchased the ramps, I spoke with one of Discount Ramps Representatives.
I furnished the dimensions of my 2017 HD Trike and the dimensions of my truck. The Discount Ramps Representative made some calculations and told me I would need 11' ramps since Discount Ramps did not stock an 11' ramp I was told to order a set of three 12' ramps. I assembled the ramps and attached the ramps to my truck. My 2017 Harley Trike loaded easily.
Unloading was a problem.
My exhust pipes dug into the asphalt pavement doing extensive damage to them. I called discount ramps and I was told that I would be allowed to return the ramps but I would not be compensated for the damage to my Trike.
